When I rang Mobile CRM on 0844 5796359, it rings for a while and goes to answer phone.
Scamming going on I think.
A lot of info there after plenty of searching, remember Google is your best friend!
My costs were refunded by T-Mobile, all £12 of them. Maybe your provider will do the same! I also asked them to put a block on premium text services.
Hope that helps and good luck.- Caller: Mobile CRM
- SureshSame as other reports i have been charged £3.00 on the 3rd March from this number also there are three other charges from this number for February totalling £9.00
- DisgruntledPleased to hear T Mobile were so good with you Anon. Virgin were not quite the same with me when I brought the matter to their attention. I was refunded £1.50 despite six lots of £3 being taken from my phone whenever these chancers felt like it. I was told Virgin did not know who the company are and they could not block the number. What a great help! Thankfully, I've worked out how to block numbers on my phone and I hope to christ that does the trick.
- jadeI have just looked on my bill and discovered this number, 4 charges of £3 have been made, i havent subscribed to anything or recieved any texts, rung t-mobile and they have given me a number to ring but it just rings and goes to answer phone, i am going to use the above numbers to try and contact this company and stop this before i get charged even more!
- jadespoke to tmobile again and they have given me an email address and a website address to try and help me get a refund.
the email is - info@mshop.tv
the website is - http://tonesite.swiftmob.com - shelleythank godness for Anon, I have been fraught trying to see where these charges are comming from, i have rung the numbers and the staff were sweet kept passing me on untill i reached an answer phone but magically i recieved a text from saying i have unsubscribed !!
- Caller: Tonesite
- AnonI have also sent a stop message to 87488 and have received a message stating i have been unsubscribed. I have emailed the company requesting a refund. Will let you know how I got on..
- Julie PAnon, thanks v much for your postings - I've sent a 'STOP ALL' text to 87488 and received two 'you've been unsubscribed from' texts from Tonesite Club Mobile Shop (who I never subscribed to in the first place!) and 88066 service - whatever that was! Hope this is the last of the £3 thefts each week! Thanks again Anon - you're a star!
- nigelme too now £30 company called sybase they will try to fob you off but dont let them, nos is 08456006105
- Caller: sybase
- JoannaI have just checked my phone bill only because it was sooo much higher than normal. I found this number on my bill several times and had no idea what it was as I have also not subscribed to any services. Google sent me to this link which has been very helpful. thanks everyone.
- JoannaHi again. I tried to text STOP to 87488 but i got a message returned saying it didn't exist! strange as it worked for some of you. so i tried the other number 88066 and I did get a confirmation message from them to say that I have been unsubscribed. so we shall see.... thanks again.
- Stolen from by CRM 0844 579 6345I too have had money stolen from me by Mobile CRM, Mobile CRM staff clearly have something to hide as they won't give surnames or simply hang up. I hope they are able to live with themselves, I for one would not want to prostitute myself by working for such an immoral company. There is such a thing as self worth, clearly their staff are at best extremely ignorant an naive.
T-mobile claim that they dont' give customers money back, actually it is legal theft as far as I can see. No one is interested in the theft of my £15, but I intend for them to be interested.
Hi to Kim "Don't want to hand out my Surname" Deborah "Unfortunately i don't give my surname out" and Mark I hate it too and off to Austrialia as soon as I have all the money.. employees of CRM Mobile, who all claim to be unaware of who they actually work for, and where it it. What does CRM Mobile do, blindfold you before abducting you for work! - CoreenThanks Anon for all the useful info you,ve posted up I came across this site today after finding out that I had been charged again for messages that I haven't asked for or even got. I spoke to t - mobile who gave me a phone number which I rang and got a very unhelpful person who said that I would receive a text mesage in 48 hours to cancel this service, why so long I don't know. Not happy with that I have just sent an email demanding that they stop what they're doing as well as see if I can get a refund. £15 in total they've taken from me and like you Anon they were taken on the same days that you stated in your message. they must be targeting us in batches! Anyway I hope it works I haven't got money to throw away on empty air.
- AndypJust been "scammed" myself (Virgin Mobile). Seems what happens is - you get a text saying "free txt msge" (or something similar). By opening it up to read you automatically subscribe to the £3 a week robbery. If you scroll down (which I did'nt I just deleted message), it states that you will automatically be billed £3 per week unles you unsubscribe by texting "stop" - be warned!!!

- JamesRFirst of all i would just like to thank Anon and everyone else for all there information on this scam. I to have been billed £15 for 5 nothings! Ive spoke to my network provider (T-Mobile) first time the woman told me that it is a "third party charge and nothing to do with them" i obviously tried to dispute this with them but still refused to admitt any sort of responsibilaty.
So i placed a block on my account to block all texts that charge to and from my phone(this was on the 8/3/09) I called them again today (17/3/09) after noticing another charge on my account.
Turns out the block will block new subscriptions *NOT* existing subscriptions so the block did nothing but the lady was kind enough to be able to refund me the charge after the 8th but not before.
The nice lady also referred me to a third party company called PhonePayPlus they are a independant investigation company. They investigate premium phone numbers and text. They will ask you for a "short code" which can get got from your network provider.
I called back my network to get this code but could not be found maybe people will have better luck than me.
The gent I got this time then advised me to check out http://tonesite.swiftmob.com/. check the terms and conditions lol. i txt "STOP" to the number on there site "87448". recieved 2 messages first message had no phone number just a name "Mobile Shop" meaage read "[FreeMsg] our subscription to Tonesite Club has been stopped. Helpline 0844 5796359" and the second message from "88066" message read "FreeMsg U have been unsubscribed, sorry to see U go!".
The gent also advised me to get in contact with my local MP they have control of laws. the proplem T-Mobile have is that they carnt block or investigate another company (im not 100% sure bout this) but there are laws that prevent disturbing other buisness' from doing buisness. if you no what I mean. Im no lawyer but im sure there must be some sort of law against fraud and theft!!!
I think if we was all to get in contact with our local MP and get this law changed or even get on to citizens advice and see what advise they suggest and we all stick to our guns and get to the bottom of this.
I personally feel theft of my hard earned monies is a slap in my face, they wouldnt walk up to me in the street or my home and steal money from me.
These lying, cheating, stealing un-British low lifes DONT deserve to have my money and I promise I will retrieve the money that have been stolen from me.
I believe this will be possible if we all stick together and get these scum bags shut down and/or imprisoned. - delboyi have just had my contract fone bill only to find i have been charged £3 per week for a ring tone which i have no knowledge of from tonesite club. does anyone know how to get my money back wot a scam
- Steve FlaggWe have had 5 charges from this lot. Trying to get virgin to block it and return our money
