Call from Danny Foster, pertaining to be an officer. Threatened to arrest me and send me to jail for a loan I know nothing about.  Has called and threated my family.

Same here. Someone with a very bad accent... and pretending to be an officer. These people should be persecuted and sent back to whatever hole they crawled under from!!!

Got a call from these people, they first left a message on my phone regarding 'serious legal charges' against me.  They called me at work not 5 mins ago, the gentleman (very very heavy indian accent) told me I had criminal charges and passed me to his 'supervisor' to explain them.  The gentleman who came on the phone claimed to be a police officer and started reading off that i had 'viloated federal banking laws, commited check fraud and other things that I could not understand due to the accent.  He said he had an arrest warrant, I told him he was full of crap, I had no charges against me and he did not have my information (he kept rattling off my last four SS digits trying to 'verify' he had the right person).  Once I spoke back to him he became nastier then he was already and told me I will be arrested tomorrow at work  and I better get good legal counsel because tomorrow morning I will be in jail.

I would be arrested His name was Mac Morris. Said he was with the Federal Crime .  I would be arrested at home or work.. Wanted me to fax a signed statemment saying I would pay the amount.

Got several calls from them & another #. Report them the FTC & district Atty's office both are very aware of these people.

Called me and said that I had broken  federal law. Was very hard to understand. I asked the name of the company he was taling about after he asked me about my email address. I told him I would deal directly with the company and hung up.

this is the exact situation that happened to me today and this took place at my job. then when we got disconnected he called right back and proceeded to verbally curse at my co worker because she did not give me the call. very rude and abnoxious.  i asked for a phone number in order to call back so i could look in to the matter and  he said no.  That i had to take care of it right then or go to jail in the morning.  Got my blood pressure high at work.  Not a good thing for me.
What can i do to stop these calls from coming especially to my job.

Aug 30th 2011 - 11:58:06am PDT Received a call from a man name Harry Lawrence who couldn't speak English stating I owed a payday advance loan of 1333.33 and I must settle out of court or I will be arrested and taken to jail for check fraud and various other things and will serve up to 3 months in jail and have to pay a fine of 6000 dollars, when I did research after crying my head off knowing I didn't do no such thing I found out that it was a scam to get your banking information or debit card numbers....Also to everyone that got these calls they are hacking your PC he gave me my IP address he had on file...Change your IP address and by the software "Hide IP Address" to avoid these [***] from doing these things to innocent people.. Hope they get caught real soon.

Got a call from 701-214-6455 from a guy named Harvey lawrence who had a heavy Indian accent. He called my cell 4 times before leaving a message. The message said he was a representative for Federal Crimes and I committed fraud and needed to contact him asap. If I did not comply, the message served as a verbal warning that they would come to my place of buisness or home to arrest me.

he has called me too,and said the same thing.i wont it stopped

the funny thing is they wanted a credit card  number but they never called my number,they found my uncles number.also they wouldnt give me their address and hung the phone up on me

Called me saying that they were a credit collections bureau. Didn't let them get further in talking. Looked it up and not the number for the CC bureau here.

Debt collector out of North Dakota. I'm not sure what you are claiming that it isn't.
