Me too they call everyday and no messege

This number keeps calling my cell phone and I just reject the call. After a few days of constant harassment, some guy calls my job and leaves a voicemail at work stating that he was just talking to me and it wasn't nice of me to hang up on him, even if I am busy. I NEVER TALKED TO HIM. Then he states that he will be forced to turn me over to the authorities for theft of goods and services if I don't call back. "This is your last chance before we start garnishing your wages". I don't usually listen to credit collectors and their ridiculous claims, but I did google this one to be sure there wasn't any validity to it. There's not - it's a collection agency with fradulent practices.

this number said they are contacting me to file some charges, i am so sick of these people calling me and i don't know wwho it is and why they are calling.  i am very sick of getting those calls.  it is not a legitimate person calling me.... let's turn them over.

i keep getting this same type of conversation I know I don't owe anyone and there's nothing on my credit report stating i do. I have sent a letter to ftc in regards but I don't know how they got my information at all Very annoying.

Received a call from this number saying to call back before they send summons to house and/or work. Left no name and company name on message. Just claiming that it was from a Process and Summons Division and to call 701-491-7809. I looked it up and its a number from North Dakota. I live in Ohio. Really??? And when I called the number back I got a voicemail from audix.

These people are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act big time! I'm going to SUE THEIR PANTS OFF! The first time they called they threatened me (I'm not even sure what this is about) and said they are going to call my work, my HR Department. Then today they called and said there was fraudulent activity attached to my name and ssn and they were going to press 2 charges against me! I have no clue what they are calling about and I checked my credit report and don't see anything. They said I was going to be arrested! These folks calling from (701) 491-7809 need to be stopped for their total violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act! Very, very nasty and threatening and lying! They don't even say who it is or give the name of their company, just continued threats!
