Who ever this is knws both my home and cell number and I would like thm to stop calling thm both

This is a collection agency for Dish Network, they are very nice people. I owe them money because I moved. They call a lot, but if you make payments they will stop.

I received a all form this number. It was the secWaphond one so far. They claim they are from Dish.  Each time they have called, they have a different total. I called  the real Dish Company, Who confirmed My account has been closed with a zero balance.  I asked the callers to take me off there Database, because this was a scam.  The Lady on the other end then said Oh, SO this is a despite. I then said good bye.

I have never had dish network!!!!! Please stop calling me!!!!!

I get calls from this number around 7 am till 10 pm. Every time I would answer id get put on hold so id hang up. Checked into it. Appears its Dish network. Funny thing is I always paid the bill which wasnt even in my name but my boyfriends name. Before I moved he had left the box so I tried to return it and the responce I got was" I cant return it since im not on the account "
Now two months later they wanna call me lol..... if they would call during appropriate hours id definitely let them know that "since I wasnt on the account then they can loose my info".

Caller identified themselves as a debt collector for Dish Network and stated that I owed several hundred dollars and that they would pursue legal action unless I paid. I asked for something in writing and they hung up. I called Dish Network and they  reported that I had a zero balance.

My fiance' started getting these calls a few months ago.  I researched who they were coming from out of curiosity.  We signed up for Dish Network a few months ago.  Within two days of signing up we started getting collection calls from this number.  He never had Dish before.  They are trying to say he owes money.  We paid whatever start up costs we had to up front and I pay all of our bills early or on time every month, this one comes directly out of checking.  This number is a scam.  Does the government do nothing about these scam artists?  What about the people that do owe bills and mistakenly pay these people and not the real Dish?  This is so messed up.

There from dish network and I never have had dish and they said I did then they said a random name and said it was me and it's not then they said that they wouldn't call me ever again and they called me a day later said the same thing

They call 3-4 times a day. They dont answer when I do, no message left when I can't answer, and when I do call them back its a non-descript voicemail. Harassment is all I can say

I also keep getting calls from this number and random others for a guy named Ernest Goerbig regarding his overdue DISH NETWORK account.  I do not know this person and have never had DISH.  I have called DISH twice now and demanded they remove my number from their list... and requested that they inform their collectors to stop calling me as well... of course they said they would stop calling me (again... they said that the first time I called, but that didn't happen).  They said they had no control over the collectors' phone calls...  I AM EXTREMELY P!SSED OFF ABOUT THE NONSTOP CALLS.

They are associated with Dish Network Collections. One of them I talked to insisted I sell my truck and wanted to know how much my girlfriend makes in order to settle the account. Had he been in arms reach, I would have knocked him out. He was a very surly individual.
I have an agreement with Dish to suspend the account... Dish turned me over to them for collection, and then cancelled the collection effort in a new agreement. These people keep calling... They are a pain.

My son got a brand-new phone today. Within 30 minutes of powering it on, he got a call from 701-671-9403. He answered it but no one spoke. He hung up. I found this page and told him to block that number. None of us have had DISH, and since he barely got the phone...well, obviously this is a scammer.

I have been receiving calls from this number daily, yet when I pickup there's never anyone there, only told to hold for a CSR.  Finally went to the web today to see who's calling and find out its DishNetwork collections.  That's fine but I don't have any outstanding bills with Dish, I pay my balance monthly.  I recently terminated by service with them, sent back equipment components they asked for and paid off my account; YET I find I'm receiving collection calls.  Time to post to their Facebook page and file an FTC notice.  Doesn't do much but does add to the database of angry customers which eventually equates to some kind of action.
