They call say nothing hang up after second or third hello

The number calls consistently and when not answered it doesn't leave a message. If answered nobody talks nor do they hang up; there is no noise on the line.

It's July 3 2015 every 5 minutes my phone rings with this # and no one on the line freakin crazy!

This number called me 4 times in 20 minutes. They did not leave a message. I called the number expecting a receptionist/operator to answer. Instead, a lady with a heavy Middle Eastern accent said hello, then addressed me by name. She said something after that, maybe something about healthcare? I told her I could not understand her and she hung up. Who are these people and why do they have my number?

I got 5 missed calls withing 30 minutes
I called back thinking it was an emergency
first thing they say is " looking for affordable health insurance?"
Me: No Not really, can you please remove my -
Operator: BLAAAHHHH
*Hangs Up*

Same experience as all the other commentators. Several calls within 1 hour, and nothing on the line. Zero response from call.

Got several calls from this number today, when I didn't answer it left a voicemail. When I checked it all it said was "goodbye"...but when I would answer there would be no response.

Received a call from this number every 5 minutes. Never leaving a message. I called back and they want to know if I am looking for health insurance. When I said no they got mad and hung up.

It's ISIS

This number called my father's business cell phone at least a dozen times today while he was at work. He usually doesn't answer while he is on the job, he will have callers leave a message. When he finally got fed up with the same number calling (this area code is thousands of miles from us, so it wouldn't be anything relevant to work ) he answered and said hello. The person on the other end asked him if he was looking for workers, he said no and they ended the call. Through out the day the same number continued to call,  if we answered there was no one on the other end, just silence. It is now about 6:30 pm and the same number has called four times in the last half an hour. Again there was no one on the other end. The last time we answered there was someone asking if we were interested in medical insurance. He explained whats been going on all day and asked to be removed from their call list. This is such a weird situation. Definitely seems like some kind of scam to me. If we get any more calls, the number is being blocked and reported.

this number continuously calls my home phone. Like 17-20 times a day. How can I get this to stop?

My wife said this number called 37 times within 3 or 4 days.  Same thing every time.  You answer, they hang up.  We contacted our phone service provider to have the number permanently blocked...

This number calls me at least 12 times every day. It's been going on for a week and it's driving me crazy. I have blocked the number but it still manages to go to my voice mail. I also downloaded an app to block the number and it continues to go to my voice mail. Like other people the only thing recorded on voice mail is "Goodbye". I have tried calling it back and I can't understand the person on the other end. Can't something be done about this?
