Cox Communications telemarketing pushing their add-on products. Said they would remove me but would take up to 30 days to process.

I get incessant calls from this number.  Several a day at all hours.  I finally answered and the guy said he was calling from Cox Communications and was in San Diego, even though his number was a Las Vegas one (702-418-3004).  The phone disconnected while I was trying to look at the screen to verify the area code, so the conversation was short.  I just blacklisted the number on my Ooma system so it will just hang up on the caller.  I am surprised that a relatively sophisticated company like Cox would employ such mindless, abusive, relentless techniques to badger its own customers into buying more stuff.  This is a reason to consider DirecTV and another ISP.

Third call today from this number.  When I answer, its silent on the other end.

Getting this call multiple times a day EVERY DAY now for the past week. Getting pretty pissed off if it is indeed Cox. They don't leave a voice message and the caller ID says "ABC, AUTO SHIPPING".

I have been getting calls from this number for the last two weeks and from a similar number (702-418-3256) for the last couple of days.  They call several times a day.  The 3004 number identifies as "ABC, AUTO SHIPPING" on the caller ID.  The other number just says "LAS VEGAS." I have not been home for most of these calls, but yesterday, I answered and there was just silence.  So I hung up. I called back right away, and got a recording that it was Cox Communications and the office was closed. I have Cox, but I am not in Las Vegas. Today, I answered again, and got the silence again.  When I called back, it rang once and then disconnected. I called again and the same thing happened.
