This number continually calls my cell phone but never leaves a message.  Anyone else have this number calling them/know who/what they are?

This number has called me in the past but never left a message. This last time, I answered the phone after only 2 rings, the person on the other end just sighed and hung up. I decided to call back and got a "operator 5 is busy" message and then a beep like on an answering machine so I decided to leave a message telling them that I don't appreciate all the calls and the hang up and I'm also on the do - not - call list and if they call back, I'll call the FCC. Haven't heard from them in 2 weeks now.

I added them to my spam file.  I now have about 100 plus in that file.

I have been receiving calls from this D# 4/22,5/3,6 x3, 13 14 15,16,21
Don't answer because I don't recognize the #, no message left

stop calling

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING ME TOO.
