Female called and left a voice mail, said her name was Nicole Glover, said i was a named respondent in a civil case in which i needed to appear.  She left this as a return number and said to refer to a case number.  When she couldn't get me, she called a friend at his work number asking for me. When he told her that I don't work there, she demanded that he transfer her to the personnel office.  When he hung up on her, she continued to call back to back repeatedly for 30 minutes straight.

DRG and Associates harasses me everyday about a bill, which they claim the only way to pay the bill is with a debit or credit card. They will not except any other type of payment.

Got a call from this number (702-479-5240) at my work. Guy said his name was Mark Spencer and he was calling from DRG & Associates. Said I was named in a civil suit for fraud, etc etc. from a loan supposedly 4-5 yrs ago. He then decided to get huffy & puffy when I told him I am at work I need a # to call you back. He kept talking and talking, getting more and more angry when I kept telling him I am at work, I cannot talk, and then he gave this # to call 1-800-880-5506. He then said "I know where you live & where you work", and you need to call this number back today before 5 or we will take further action and the attorney is John Shapiro. First of all, they probably don't thinks calls are recorded at some jobs & that was clearly a!!!threat!!! dumba**!!! So I decided to research the phone #'s he gave and seen others were getting the same thing done to them! Who in the hell are these lowlifees! Come to find out, there is no John Shapiro, no DRG & Associates, and the business I found online that is named that, is a construction company. If they knew where I lived, they obviously have my address, so then why have I not received any letters from them stating the "so-called" civil suit/charges, etc. etc. Get a life you scumbags!

Kept on getting calls on my cell phone looking for a Tracy.  When I told them that my name isn't Tracy they started yelling at me.  These people are stupid ignorant people who have been profiled on 20/20 as low life debt collectors.  What about us innocent people who are harrassed for no reason? I'm reporting them!

I received a phone call from this number at work.  I was very upset about that.    Said that I had a civil claims docket for fraudulent activities.  They could not actually give me the information that I was asking for.  Did not even know who the company was.    

I think that they are crooks.

I received calls from this number at work leving messages that they have a civil case they are filing against me.  They called my daughter and told her that I had check fraud and that they are filing it in court.  I have never had any check fraud or bad checks so I gooled this number and found so many others with the same thing happening.  Is there anything we can do about it?

Call showed up as "out of area." She  had only my first initial and last name and asked if I knew _____.
I would not give any info and asked for a call back number. She finally said it was the "pre-legal dept. of DRG & Ass. and that somebody was about to file suit for a bad check. ____ has not had a checking account in over 5 years. I finally hung up on her after she shouted "I don't know what all the hostility is about, why won't you just tell me who you are!?" And SHE called me.
5 minutes later got another call from same number. She gave a call back number. I told her bad check are a crime and prosecuted thru the DA. Suggested she tell her client to check with DA. All bad checks plus penalty were paid off. Asked her not to call this number again.
I think it is just a collection agency.

I got a call from this number and they left a vm, 1st they asked for Katie Holmes on, sorry not me, then said I needed to call back regarding some case against me....said they are from some office and I need council. he was hard to understand...sounded like he had a mouth full of something...

This company did not even contact me at all. They kept calling my mother's number, and she forwarded me the number to call back. When I called them, they had my bank account number from an old bank account from a couple years ago, my full SSN, and claimed that I owed a debt from a loan from 3 years ago. I asked them how did they get my mother's number and not call me not once, he said they run names and numbers in the federal database and must have got her number (which interested me since hers is only a cell phone number.. not a house number). Then, I started thinking that if they can get her number so easy, then they should have clearly been able to get mine since I have had this number a couple of years now. When I gave them the number that would have even been associated with the so-called loan, they didn't have it... said that they must have marked it as a bad number after they couldn't reach me on it??? Then said, I owed 480 dollars.... I could pay a special deal of 300 and something now or 6 payments of 80 dollars. I hung up. It was bothering me so I researched this 'company'... nothing with BBB because they say that this company doesn't exist and whole bunch of reviews that all say similar things as I am saying. So..... do not give them your info!
