who the hell calls some one before 7 am and doesn't leave a voicemail?!!

it is a nevada telemarketing co.  i played along (on the 16th time) & got to a person who identified them as automotive warranty solutions, boca raton fla. 33487. This was so i could check with BBB

I get the same call but this is the number that shows up on my caller ID:  +7 025201439   thats exactly how it looks.

This is an extended auto warranty number.  They hang up on me when I asked for info about their company.  One of their reps did tell me the name of the company is "extended auto warranty" if you can believe that.  I found this web site, http://www.extended-autowarranty.com/ I don't know if this is the same company or not.  I hope they go out business quickly.  I'd rather take my hard earned money and flush it down the toilet than give it to these white collar criminals.  They sell these warranties for profit, not to protect the consumer.  Buy a Honda and you wont have to worry about extended warranties.

Calls twice a day to tell me my warranty has expired on a 10-year-old vehicle.  Phoning me at work on a US Government phone.  Can't seem to stop them.

called id "private suite" . Authorities please act. They are abusing the system. I just got a call from them.

I am getting these calls all the time on both cell and work phones.  From the comments on 702-520-1488, another person said:

I have since reported three different numbers belonging to these goons.

703-520-1131 called my work lab phone twice over the weekend and always around 10:30 am Pacific time. Lab/company number is not listed by any means. San Diego,CA.

They called AGAIN!! I answered it this time!! It started off as a recording to renew my warranty on my car. At the end of the recording it said "push 2 to be removed or 1 to be connected to a representative" ... of course I pressed 1. I was connected to 'Maya' who asked me if this was "(my name)" I said yes. She asked me if I wanted to renew my warranty and I said "on which car? I have 4" She said do any of the cars still have dealer warranty and I said yes. She said wait for the tone...I heard a beep and a recording came back saying "you have been removed from the call list" GREAT!!! We'll wait and see when the next call comes thru...

I just opened a family plan cell phone line from AT&T a month ago & I am sure that I didn't give or call any bussiness yet accept family and few of close friends. Today I got 3 phone calls from the same # 702-520-1131, 2 to my house and 1 to my cell phone (I gave AT& T my house phone number when I open a cell phone line) & didn't leave any message.

what state is this???

Used the FCC complaint form listed here.  Encourage everyone to do the same.  Plan on re-filing every 5 calls or so (form only has enough entries for 5 calls)

"This is the second warning that your factory warranty is about to expire on your vehicle".  Totally bogus and annoying.  Calling a # we reserve for emergencies only.
