did not answer call

Voice mail picked up and it said they were giving away digital equipment with free HD, DVR and HBO and to press 1 now!

I had the same call as Jim.  The recording indicates the government is requiring all homes to "have digital equipment" by July 2009.  Must be some sort of scam--they use the word free alot, they're offering free equipment, installed free, etc.

Thanks to previous posts, I did not answer the call.

I did answer the call -- pressed '1' to talk to a person, asked how they got my number and was promptly hung up on.

received call from the same disreputable place on a pay as you go phone.  Waste of my time and they should be put out of business.

Received phone call from 702-520-1254 - did not answer but I see notes above... do not want these calls to our company phone!

This was a robo pitch for "free digital equipment."  I was frosted because it came in on my cellphone.  This is supposedly illegal.

I got a call from them and didn't answer. I called the number back and there was a thing to be unsubscribed if you press 1. I did it, hopefully there's nothing they can do with that.

I only give out my google voice # to non-family members. Mainly for a resume months back. But they calld my true mobile #!! About to register my mobile # on the do not call list asap! Thanks all!

Got a call from 7025201254 on my cell. I didn't answer because I don't answer numbers I don't know. They didn't leave a message. I called back using *67  and they said press 1 if you do not wish to receive promotional offers, and be removed from our marketing list. I really wish there was some way to stop these criminals.
