Just got this call. I said "hello" and nobody said anything. Call disconnected.

Calls my cell phone, no message. I don't answer calls if I don't know who it is.

Call to my home ph from a cell ph from NV.  Didn't answer, left no message.

Got a call on my landline, no message was left, just says "Private Number" on the caller ID.

This is Global Readers Business.  Not sure why they don't have the correct caller ID, but verified they are working on behalf of Global Readers to renew subscriptions.  I called back an old number I had for the company and verified that they processed a renewal subscription.

Yes, they are unprofessional but it is not a scam.  Probably contracted out.  You will get your magazine.  They do have your information on file, included the last four digit of your credit card you last used, your address, and previous magazines you ordered from them.

It was a call to my cell phone.  Two calls in one day..didn't answer either one

I get calls from this number 1 or 2 times a day.  I answered once and no one answered back.  I don't know who they are, and I just don't answer anymore when they call.  It is listed as Private, but the number does show up.

i have recieved a call daily from this number to my home number sometimes twice a day. there is never anyone that says anything then the line disconects. always comes up private number

ignored it. if i dont know it i will not answer.

I got a few call from them.  First pick up have no ID number show, and the guy was saying congrats u to win $5K, blablablbal.....  and then i dun understand what did he say. After that second call again, one guy was telling me that, I said "YES" to order the mangazine, it really piss me off, i never said YES on it, and he keep telling me that, i was listening of wat u said on the first call, and u did said YES~  and you will be charge by ur VISA card.  That is so CRAZY!  and i asked them which VISA card u guys will charge, the guy was like "I dun know"~  WTF i was so piss and telling him that i will file as a scam, he said, "go ahead, every yr have more then 30K call said that and no one win" and then i keep asking him how could u get my information and charge my credit card, and then he hang up on me!  WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

And now im gonna call all of my credit card and let them know if any charge for the "sth mangazine" please file as a scam, i never say YES for the damn order!

Someone calls from this number twice a day everyday. When i answer the call no one speaks.

Received several calls but never answer as I have Caller ID.  Caller does not leave a message.

Got the call today looking for Felicia, I am on the do not call registry and told them that if they called me again I was going to file charges against them. And then I proceeded to hang on up the woman.

just got a call from this number - I have caller ID, but if I don't recognize the call, I don't answer. just for anyone else's info, the caller ID came up as this: V105112744000092. no idea what that means, but just in case someone else's ID comes up this is what mine said.

Answered the call because they've been calling my cell phone for about a week.  They asked for me by name, but I said Amanda wasn't home and if I could take a message.  They claimed to be from Publisher's Clearing House and that Amanda won a $1,000 Visa/Mastercard shopping spree.  They said they would try back.  I told them try tomorrow around 5pm.  I'm sure it's a scam, but at least I'll be more prepared when they call back.  I'm trying to find info out about it now.

I get regular calls from this number.  Collections. Unprofessional and call at all hours.All calls to cell.

This is Global Reader Service, and they are scammers. They apparently get hold of old information from a previous subscription and harass you for a renewal. These idiots have called me from locations in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and most recently, this Cell Phone NV number. I have told them at least 3 times, from their many states, that I will not renew my magazine, and that they need to put me on their No Call list. I am also registered with the National and State Do Not Call registries, and will be submitting dates and phone calls to the proper authorities. If you'd like to read about them, just Google "Global Reader Service" to see how they scam many out of large sums of money. Do not answer their calls, and if you do by accident, do not use them and do not give them bank account or credit card numbers.
