I just got a call, when I answered no one was there. I called them back and an automated voice told me it was a survey team attempting to contact me regarding my recent interactions with T-Mobile.

This is TMobile Research for customer service follow-up (some what like a survey).

Received a call from this number a few minutes ago. I didn't answer and they left no message. I did talk to T-Mobile earlier. If this call was from them (survey or whatever) would the minutes have counted against my monthly total? If so, shame on them. I do not want to receive any calls on my cell phone for this kind trash!

Missed call from them, must be service survey as I registered a complaint with them just an hour before.

I hate surveys! Why do I have to take a survey after I call about a cell phone problem. It just makes me angrier.

OK. Now this makes sense. I did call Tmobile earlier so the comments above fit my situation. Thanks to all. I always get answers on the web. They called but I didn't answer and they didn't leave a number. It's a Nevada area code so I didn't know if it was a family member (I'm from Nevada).

I received the same call for two days in-a-row. It turned out to be T-mobile, they called as a follow-up (customer service survey).

No message. But, I just talked to T-Mobile customer service an hour ago.

This was t mobile service call about an issue I had with them. It is a legit number

Same deal I just talked to tmobile earlier today. I never anwser calls I don't know. I googled the number and it said it was coming from Las Vegas, then this site popped up. So I assume it was tmobile. They didn't leave a message. I could care less about a survey...

Thanks for the original poster and all the follow up. I'm waiting for an important call and I missed this one while I was trying to calm myself by playing the piano. Good thing this is TMobile and not my important call.

Yeah, I called TMobile about 2 hours ago to have them unlock my phone for travel to England.

I have been on the DNC and keep getting calls from 702 576 0460 on my cell don't know how they got my cell number.

Same thing - got 3 calls this SUNDAY afternoon while away from phone - no messages left - I am 5-6yr TMob Cust - they disc my phone this (Sunday) morning when I just paid them last week & hadn't even received new bill yet - -  talked  TMobile few hrs earlier - they did make a (minor) accomodation, but all of this is aggravating - (1)  I don't like calls without  caller leaving message, and its especially rattling when you don't know who is calling you from out of state, especially  and (2) doing this on a Sunday - -  I plan to cut back my service with them after this encounter
