I got these text messages too ...We should file a class action law suit on these guys... for making me pay for these unsolicited text messages.

Got unsolicited text, cost me $ because I don't pay for unlimited text plan.  Message was about getting out of debt.  But they're the CAUSE OF DEBT b/c they force consumer to pay for their message.  What a scam!!  If Verizon, et al., didn't profit from these, maybe they'd do more to stop them.

This is what they texted me:

They have been sending text messages to my 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!! WTF? I just responded to them as if I were her, and I told them to stop sending messages since I was a kid. If she tells me they send her another message, there will be hell to pay. I don't owe a damn thing to the IRS or to anyone else for that matter beyond normal living expenses. Took me a lot to pay off my debts, and I certainly didn't need anyone else's help to do it. These vultures do nothing but take more of your money. Don't go to the movies, don't eat out, turn off your cable...and pay all your bills! Make sure if you pay a dime over the minimum due that you put in BIG letters on the statement AND the check "APPLY ANY EXTRA MONIES TO PRINCIPAL ONLY" otherwise they'll apply it to the interest and it won't make a dent in your balance. If you are broke and have an IRS debt...they will work with you! Take in your pay check stubs, and a listing of your bills and offer to work with them and they will work with you. You don't ever need to work with these scum suckers!
