Caller claims to be a realtor from a Mortgage Refinance Company.  Offers to refinance your mortgage and give you lots of cash for doing so.  Beware of this caller because he knows your name address and your mortgage details.  When someone knows this much data about you, red flags and alarms should be going off.  Constantly calls.  Ignores requests to be removed from call list despite telling him he is in violation of the Do Not Call List. I always suggest that you report unwanted calls to the National Do Not Call Registry at
https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx  They will only act on complaints about unwanted calls if enough people report the number. These people get away with this because nobody reports them. They are required by law to update the list of people who are on the Do Not Call List, once a month. Many of these people and companies do not do this even though it is the law.
