This number calls my cell phone every single day at different times.  They have been calling every day for the past 2 weeks now.  I have never answered it because I have had experiences in the past and now I don't answer calls that I don't know the number of.

It's Hilton Hotels Promotional Department calling regarding a past stay.

Repeated calls, even if you ask to be removed the list, they will still call.

If you ever call them back (to get removed from the list) you must sit and listen to a damn sales pitch first.

Seriously, what do you expect from Hilton?

Called twice today, left no message 1st time, asked for me by name 2nd time.  I hung up.

These folks were calling my daughter's cell phone (and I'm sure she's not been a past guest without me!).  I called 702-616-7396 and pressed "2" to speak with someone.  This individual was extremely professional, helpful, and apologetic.  As long as the calls stop, I've got no complaints.

So untrue! If you answer the phone or call back and say "PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST" it will be done immediately! They are NOT going to jump into a sales pitch! Why waste time trying to sell something to someone who is obviously upset about the calls? They called my cell several times too (because I booked a room at a Hilton for a friend) and I finally called back. They were very polite and submitted my request. If you are sick of the calls, thens PICK UP the call and request to be taken off. Its that easy!

I NEVER give my cell number as a contact, just the home number. I never have, never will use this number on a form. So where they got this is a mistery, and rather sketchy. I did a reverse look up on anywho.com and came up with nothing. If it were a legit business like Hilton it would show up.

They keep calling me even though I have asked several times to be removed, I personally would have never stayedt a Hilton property if I knew I was setting myself up for this kind of harrassment from them.

Since I was a "past guest" (at a regular Hilton hotel) these people can go around the do not call list and repeatly call me.

So spread the word; if you stay at any Hilton property, get ready ready to be harrassed.

702-616-7396 IS Hilton. They say they remove it from thier 'dialing' system. Took 3 months to do so and 4 calls threating them. Call that number, imediately hit '0'. Tell them to stop or you will report them. THat you have a record on file that you are summitting for action against them. Easy for me. It was my cell and I have the list of incoming calls. Also you can get the list from your phone company..to whom you can also report them to..and should.
1. Get on the do not call list..it does help...eventually.
2. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR # to anyone. IF you need to book a room. Give them a bogus number and just use it and call them if things change.
3. Just as spam for email..do NOT TXT for FREE ANYTHING on your Cell or you will start getting spam also.

Good luck and Fight Back..I understand everyone wants to make money..but needs to be nice about it.

i've never stayed at a Hilton, so i have no idea how they got my cell phone number.  so annoying.  i called and had them remove me from their list - they were very nice and said no problem.  hopefully it works!!!!!!

Received two calls in one day from them...I have never stayed at any Hilton...Why are they calling me?

I have to disagree with you and agree with others on this message board. I do answer and I have repeatedly requested to be removed from their sales list. They have yet to take my number off. I am recording the dates and times. My next step is to send a strong letter reminding them it is illegal to call after I have requested my number be removed. The fines are steep--perhaps I'm make a penny or two from their insistent and annoying calls. I am always amazed that such companies assume I will change my mind at some point and decide to buy. Not in my lifetime!

Couple of calls, most recent today, no message left, ID says Hilton Grand Va

Hilton will not cease telemarketing Hilton vacations. I get frequent hang up phone calls as Hilton is using computers to find out my available times. They contact me frequently during meetings and I do not want to pay for them to be calling my cell. I am on the Do Not Call federal registry. I have called Hilton twice and asked them to cease dialing my number.

I called, hit 2 as advised, and they immediately put my number on their do not call list. We'll see if it works. It sounded like the guy I talked to is very used to people calling in and being asked to have their number removed.

Called my cell phone.

Hilton calls my cell averaging once every 3 days.  Called on land line, pressed 2, polite woman answered and asked for phone number they are calling that I want removed.  Gave them my cell no., she asked my name, gave first name only, no problem, we'll see what happens now!
