These guys NEVER give up even when you tell them you aren't interested.  They are a company specializing in helping people w/ corporations and being a general pain in the butt!!

702.873.3488 is NCH -- Nevada Corporate Headquarters (nhcinc.com/faq-WhyNV.htm). It's a company that helps people create a Nevada based LLC (limited liability corporation).

If the calls annoy you, call them back and tell them you want you name and number removed from all calling lists. Even if they have your number because you contacted them at one time about their services, you tell them you never signed up and you have no idea how they got your number. You tell them you have no interest whatsoever in having starting an LLC or any kind of corporation. That's one of only two ways of getting them to quit calling. The other way is to start an LLC through them!

If you actually want to create an LLC for yourself, then Nevada is the best state to do it in. You can have a Nevada LLC even if you don't live there; you just do it this way because it's tax free and you drastically reduce your risk of being sued. All business owners are targets for lawsuits. Nevada law protects business owners better than any other state.

They get your phone number from Than Merrill's company, Fortune Builders.  If you attended a 2hour seminar, or a weekend education event put on by Fortune Builders, that is where the Nevada group got your info.

It is January 2016. These CROOKS are annoying even now.  calls keep coming from several numbers and they TRY to convince you to join their business by investing YOUR MONEY in it. How do I get them STOP !!!!

It was pretty obvious where this company got my phone number from.  I also attended Than Merrill's Fortune Builders weekend education event at the cost of $200.00.  I've been in real estate since 1978 and many income properties free and clear.  Although my wife and I did find the workshop probably worthwhile to most, we really didn't glean anything we didn't already know about the industry.  They stated they would not give out our information to anyone, but selling it is a whole different story. THANKS FORTUNE BUILDERS!   We were shocked when they asked us to invest $50,000.00 for their coaching and access to information that is readily available on the internet for free or at any county building. I feel sorry for those who took out loans or squandered their retirement all for the sake of information lists, or coaching from others who seemingly are real estate pro's.  The two representatives we spoke to were new to the industry and were just starting to flip mobile homes NOT houses. So, the Than Merrill's "Flip This House" come on would be more accurate as Flip This Mobile. I only invest in real estate located in my own state, not in some forsaken location across the country and would never consider investing in properties only seen on Google Earth or Google Maps without a thorough inspection myself. Sorry Fortune Builders but I'm keeping my $50G's and I'm glad you Only got my phone number.

Yes my number is fcuked up by Than Merrill's company, Fortune Builders!!! I am regretting to give them my real number. I am happy I did not give them my financial information, their 2 day workshop is a scam to sell your number to third parties and an attempt to sell their 50K education program!!! Shame on Than Merrill / Fortune Builders.

I am sure the caller gained my cell number from attending a Fortune Builders seminar but not enamored of selling my personal information to third parties.  I blocked them and will continue to do so.

Interesting.... I spoke with Fortune Builders about their mentoring but never signed up. Hate companies that sell my info especially without my permission.

Just received a phone call from this company.  I did not answer the call nor did they leave a message so most likely a spam call.  I reported the call as spam and blocked the number.
