702-896-8700 I'm getting the same number.  Have you filled out any loan applications lately?  I've been harrassed by Indian scam artists and such ever since then.

no one is probably at that payphone, someone is probably just bouncing off of that number with magic jack.

I called my wife from Skype and this number came up for me.

Its a company in  India who use a switchboard via Vision Telecom.  They were calling me up to 10 times a day, but  I was able to call my phone company and set up a block number service. With mine its Cox.net and  free. Now, the calls don't stop right away, they come under other numbers but always with a 702 code, when they call, I just put in the number code to my phone and it will add it to my blocked list.

These scam artist call me all the time so if I'm having a bad day or just bored I let them talk and then when they say OK after every sentence I ask them things like what is your name again? Where are you calling from. When they repeat the little pitch again I start asking them what their favorite color is or how is the weather where they are. When they do their pitch again I start singing or laughing or just about anything that comes to mind. You can ask them to take you off the calling list but they don't so if you make it impossible for them to make any moeny on you they will stop calling but in the mean time you can get out any frustrations you may have and get some laughs. I even asked one of these guys if when he flew in on his magic carpet to wok does he have a locker to put it in or does he just roll it up and put it under his desk.
