I pressed the 1 button at least 10 times to have my # removed with no success. I returned calls from the # on the caller ID and I still have no luck. I just did it again and hope it would work, but I doubt it. Federal Grant money is what they offer.

Ive gotten over 5 calls from this number in the past 3 hours, a message was left on my business line and it was the operator saying 'if you'd like to make a call please hang up and try again"   What is this number, Im not answering it because we only do local business and its a Las Vegas number...... leave a legit message or stop calling!

They left a message about obtaining free grant money for businesses.

Rang my cell... no one there.
Almost called them back but decided to check on-line. There's so many of these calls now from different numbers.  I don't know what the purpose is. Can't the phone companies just stop them? Maybe they will if we all start challenging the minutes charged on our bills. It might start costing them some money in staff time to deal with this.

Another grant scam from Vegas, they answer after you hit one as "Foundation Research."  The screener took my info and tried to transfer me but it just rang and rang...

This is a fraud company. I can not believe any one takes this crap seriously.

All I got was a blocked name but I saw the number. It was just an automated message, so I hung up. These calls are so annoying and worthless.

I called back and the agent said that the name of the company is Silver State.

This pre-recorded crap call is trying to contact "my business" for government grants. This number is a residence, and NEVER a business -- and has been on the Federal Do-Not-Call Registry since the day it began.

Bogus, scam, fraud, [***], criminal crap.

Received several calls from this number, 702-991-5945. I have the forced Caller ID in place and it says it is from Voicestar, Inc. I've reported it. I simply pick up the phone and then promptly hang up.

I just got a call at our business that is on the do not call list.  I pressed "0" over and over and actually got a live person that answered "Silverstate Holding Company" who asked me if I was eligible for a federal grant.  I asked him his name and the second time he said Mike Murphy.  When I told him our number was on the do not call list he said he would be glad to take it off and to tell him the number.  I asked him why he would ask me and he said he hadn't initiated THIS call and was only the operator.  When I told him I had not initiated the call either, he again asked for my number and said he would take it off the list but I hung up.

Voicestar Inc. on the caller id.  Recorded message about stimulus money for my 'business'.  Don't these companies look at the DO-NOT-CALL lists to see our number?
 
This time, at least it wasn't the usual thick accent foreign scammer telling me they are calling from the pharmacy.  I blow a screeching LOUD whistle into the receiver when the real live telemarketers call.  The ones I've 'whistled' at are now probably purchasing hearing aids from "the pharmacy" with the stimulus money. *snicker*  I can be evil to the ones who ignore the DO-NOT-CALL lists.

Recieved call and message same as everyone else.  I pressed the button indicating
I was interested and wanted to participate.  A woman answered Silver something or other- couldn't understand her, so I asked her to repeat it. Again, hard to understand so I told her I needed to spell it
as I wanted to know who I was doing business with.  She hung up on me.  
Interesting.  I think it is someone fishing for social secuity numbers and other personal info.
