Not sure who this is or what they want, but this was the message that was left:

It is urgent, however, that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates to as little as 6.9% your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice. Please Press 1 now on your phone to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates, or press 2, to discontinue further notices. Thank you and have a great day.

Answered and got two beeps and then it hang up.  

They called, they spoke no words,I I hung up.

I called, busy signal, I hung up.

Answeered - no person.
Called back - repeatedly - always busy.

Caller ID says "Virginia".  Left it go to voice mail, since I didn't recognize it.  They hung up.

Caller ID is spoofed.

Called..  Mentioned lower interest rate to my wife.  When I grabbed phone he told me to pay my visa bill.  Great credit here.  Spoofed number.  Scammers.  

called me, I picked up, no one there, I called back on another number through a computer work number , no one answered

A woman said she was with some kind of Financial Services and  to press 1 to get 6.5% on my credit card. They weren't with my bank so I hung up. Caller ID:  [No Name]

Left no message.  Called back, busy.  

I have received several calls from this number but they hang up if I answer so I do not answer anymore!
Scammers! From Virginia?
