Continues calls from this number

How do you accept calls from this number?
When I pressed '1', my phone disconnected from the line
Did I accidentally block the call?

This is a collect call from an inmate at the Prince William County Detention Center located in Manassas, Virginia. This county apparently still belongs to the Kingdom of Great Britain. I'm still recovering from the shock and horror of discovering that this has been going on right under our noses the whole time. And this is not an isolated incident, I have found other counties in Virginia, and across the United States that are still under the British Crown!

Perhaps the inmate calling you collect from the Detention Center in Prince Williams County was unaware of the fact he or she was on foreign soil and offended The Crown, and is now being held as a political prisoner and subject to Her Majesties whims. Oh God I prey ye strike down those dirty Brits!

You may want to return the call. It might be from one of your elected representatives?
