received several calls from 7033482296 No one answers when you say hello.  WIll turn over to the attorney generals office in my state.

This number calls my phone virtually every day, sometimes more than once. When I did pick up the first two times some time ago, no one said anything. It's a Virginia area code. Has anyone reported it to the VA secretary of state or other official?

THIS NUMBER CALLS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, BUT NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE.  WHEN I ANSWER NOBODY RESPONDS.  I CALLED THE NUMBER AND GOT A MESSAGE THAT IT IS NO LONGER A WORKING NUMBER- CODE I100.

I think it is just might be a party doing research, calling to find out when you are home.  I wouldn't even bother picking it up.  I blocked this number to fix them for a while.

Company who is the service provider for this number os LEVEL 3  COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - VA.  Can send an email to them from their site because on Windows 7 and Internet Explorer cant set up a defaul email.

From the service provider for that area:

".. Sounds like it's a scammer that uses us for their phone service. We’ve set up a special fraud line for instances such as this and we’d appreciate your help in reporting this number. All you need to do is call 1-800-348-5457. Give them your #, time of day they call, etc and they will take care of the rest!.."

This number called once and I was asked "is this T Kal?"  I answered yes and the woman hung up. This was on my land line. Now the number is called my cell phone. I don't answer.
