Just got a call from this number........it was an auto-recording that said "Hi, this is Kim. Blah blah blah lower credit card blah blah blah".

Whatever, DNCL is a ridic thing. I think that once I put my number on it, I've gotten more calls.

Electronic Merchant Systems / Accept Credit Cards is a predatory credit card service that will attempt to rope you into a contract collecting incredibly high monthly fees under the guise of just "blame it all on the new VISA PCI rules". Once they have you, they will attempt to bleed you out of every last penny that they can get their little grubby hands on and will only let you exit the contract during a pathetically little time window on an annual basis.  The escape from contract wording is written such that it is almost uninterpretable by even their own people .. 60 days before this and 30 after this, but not more than 20 days before .. blah blah blah ..   EMS, go ahead and keep being idiots like the rest of the jerks in your industry .. really, you all $uck big time...you guys just help lead the way..   hopefully one of these complainers above will make you pay some government fines for violating the law because for some reason you as a company think you're above them .. well think again you bunch of $hit for brains dweebs.

I agree with all your comments.  They just left me a message on my "Do Not Call" listed cell phone line.  Guess they don't care about those laws either.

Called me and left an automated message recording; woman's voice: "This is Kim with Accept Credit Cards, blah blah blah."
