Received a call with no one on the other end. They hung up after 20 seconds

why are you calling?

Keeps calling and calling.  Don't answer but they never leave messg. and usually stops ringing after the third ring.

Unlisted number, apparently.  411.com can't figure out who it is, even for $1.99.

Constant calls; no one there. Who Is it?

In this day and age; there should be a law that if you get a Voice Mail you must leave your name, your return number, and the true reason why your calling...you know the reason GOD knows, the real reason you called.

This number calls and calls and leaves no message...real [***] in the 1st degree!

Nothing to add to all these. Same type of calls. Very annoying. 2-3 per day

Its the NRA .... Probably some fund raiser ....  I'm on the DNC list, but I don't think it works for non-profit orgs.

Sick and tired of it, can't someone stop these calls? I get them morning and evening, daily...no one there and no messages if you don't pick up....what would be the reasoning on this type call??

I get a call from this number every day.  The phone rings 3 times then stops.  They don't let it ring long enough for the answering machine to pick it up.  The caller ID indicates that the call is from Lorton, Virginia.  This is harrassment.  It is like someone ringing the doorbell every day and running away before we can get to the door.

We get calls several times a day, no message, WTF?

Have been calling steadily almost  every day except Sunday for at least 3 months.  Asks for you by name and when you ask why, person hangs up.

get two to three calls per week and when i answer they hang up and you know there is someone on the other end.  in this day and age when someone does this especially to older people it is scarey. you don't know if they are checking to see if you are home or if it is important and they can not contact you,

"called the # back and got a message saying " Thank you for calling the National Rifle Association"
then got put on hold and left on hold

It's the NRA.  I called the number back and a recording started immed that said "welcome to the NRA"

Numerous calls on landline for several months with no one leaving message...if calling leave a message or quit calling!!!!

The NRA NEVER makes unsolicited phone calls. Anyone can identify themselves that way, however. This is most likely someone trying to harass the NRA by upsetting innocent victims.
