I say "hello" twice and every time they hang up after the second "hello". I get multiple calls from multiple out of my state numbers.

I get them to. its one of those card services calls. it's BS

Just got a call and let it roll to VM.  No message left. Sounds like a spammer.

*Card Services*            I was able to keep the customer service representative on the phone for 12 minutes.  I kept giving bogus information.  Eventually, I was called an as-hole and she hung up.   It probably does not good but I try to reduce the number of victims they may reach.  PROTECT THE ELDERLY.  

credit card scam if you look up the numebr its actually asscoiated witt some center for inner power BS thing.   ive sent a cease and desist order thru the state attorney general of virgina.   that should get their friggin attention

No sure who this is calling me, but they better BEWARE I have a very good lawyer and I can not wait to sock it to these pricks

credit card scam.  We need to find out who is behind these and KILL them. Seriously. I am tired of getting call after call from spoofed numbers.  They can harass us and hide behind fake numbers.  I am sick and tired of it.  Lets find them and  LETS KILL THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Report it to the FTC

Answered the call and it was a recording,  stating it was the IRS, and they received something and were filing a class action law suit against me. And that I needed to call the number back. After looking up the number, it seems other people have received calls from the same number for different things including telemarketing.
