I answered the call this morning it's police donation fund...told them to take my name off list they hung up very quickly. These are professional solicitors. Can be very aggressive. You have to be very rude with them to get point across

Caller called my residence and hung up after several rings

Just received a call. Stated he was from police fund and wanted to send me a sticker to thank me for supporting the families of officers. When I asked him what he had for me address, he gave it to me. (scary) I explained we are on the DNC list and he apologized and politely ended the call with the promise to remove our number.

Received a call from tjis number and then they hung up.

they keep calling no message left, but annoying usually late at night or dinner time. Reported this number to the FTC? Please do the same. Let's stop all these annoying calls.

Got a call from 703-478-4834. I had my parent's home phone forwarded to my cell phone when they moved to a senior living center. I never give my name when I answer a call that I don't know. I said "Hello?" The aggressive man said "Is this the XXX (last name of my parents) residence?" I said "Who is calling please?" He said "Is this the XXX residence?!!!" I said "You are calling me, tell me who you are and I'll tell you who we are." He said "I'm calling with the Police Department for our fundraising campaign. Is this the XXX residence." I said "My parents have moved to a senior living center. Take this number off your list." He said "Are you over 18 years old?!!!" I said "Take this number off your list." He repeated with anger "Are you over 18 years old?" I said "I know you are not the police department. Take this number off your list or I will call the police." He tried to say something but I hung up. Completely a scam. BEWARE. They will bully you into giving them money for sure.

It's not a true police fund. It's a scam. Donner give money or any personal information.

CID has this as a wireless call out of Washington, VA and it's listed as a police donation scam/spam on white pages so don't answer the calls.  This number has been reported as a scam.

He's getting more bold,now calling from U.K. Or So.Africa supposedly,B.S.,please people call FBI,they think they are so smart, but be smart and don't fall for this because you are lonely,listen to 10 seconds,then say you are deaf.Sad,it's come to this,but remember,Mama didn't raise any fool's.

Got a call and when I said I donated he just said BYE like a jerk

Police fundraising - I asked for website they do not have. Wanted to send me a sticker in exchange for donation. Thick New York/maybe Boston accent.

Just got a call but I didn't answer.  If they call again, I will recognize the number and answer "City Police Department" -- perhaps they will cross this number off their list right away!

Got calls from this number three times since last night, and never left a message.  I am glad I didn't answer.

received this call on 6/15/16.  I did not answer.  They left no msg.  I am getting sick and tired of all these types of call.  To report them you can only give one phone number per call. This being case I would be on the phone all day, I am getting that many every day.  I am on the DO NOT CALL register, what good does that do.
