Continues to call even though we are on the govt no call list.  Does not leave message on answering machine and hangs up when the call is answered.  Very ANNOYING and needs to be stopped regardless of whether they are Bank of America or any other business!!!!

Very annoying..rings does not leave message night and weekends

Has called me twice already this morning....and it's only 11:15.  Does not leave message...maybe next time I'll answer and see if they hang up or talk.

Called back this number and found out it was from Bank of America. I have placed my phone number as "Do not call number" by selection option "1".  Hope it works.

started getting these calls today at #:30 pm  (Aug 5 09)............I do chi8ld care and when I get to the phone it stops..........they usually only let it ring 5 times

Just received another call from a lady saying that she is a Bank of America representative.Her pitch was that I am an appreciated customer and that she was offering me a $200,000 life insurance policy. She asked for my marital status, then my husband's name and birthdate.  She then quoted me $44.00 a month with a 30 day trial and asked that I would answer a few questions from her fellow representative. Then I heard an unprofessional human created white noise to impression a phone transfer (RED FLAG). A male representative apologized for the technical difficulties. He then wanted to record me answering personal questions to provide legal permission to authorize the contract. I immediately hung up.

Have received a few phone calls from this # with no messages left.  Called the # back and had an option to get on Bank of America's Do Not Call list...says it will take 30 days.  Sure hope it works---I don't even bank with them!!!  Annoying.
