I had a voicemail from this number.  The caller had a very thick accent and claimed he was an officer.  Much of what he said was incomprehensible.  He claimed it was urgent.  Probably a scam.  

I have a crypted voice message from the number above from a man pretending to be an officer.
He said " the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive, my name is Officer Gary Foster".
I could not understand where he said he was from, but he insisted it was important to call back the number. Repeated it several time.
He also said in a somewhat threatening voice: " don't try to ignore this message, and not return the call, no good will come of it".

this irs scam beware

Don't return the call. This is a irs scam he said my bank account was frozen and my license is suspended and the cops would be at my door in 15 minutes. I was on the phone with him for 20 and no one showed he tried to get 3,864.00 . Beware, ask questions don't give any information. they are trying to get money or identity. Be safe. hope this helps someone.

We just had a message on our home phone from someone who sounded like a cross between an automated call and a heavy accent.  He identified himself as an officer from the IRS (said his name was Eric Foster, or something like that), and insisted we call him back, though he did not say who the call was for.
