A clueless person called Using the name Michelle Silver  and she was trying to extract information from my poor grandmother.

A woman using the name Michelle Silver Called , after telling her I was a lawyer , she said she has a stupid boss that asks her to call people and extract information out of them !!!!! After she gave me the name , I told her he will be reported !

Got a voicemail from a Michelle silver asking for an omion daho and gave me a case number and she indicated that she has been trying to contact me, not true, and that she needed to immediately talk to this person.  I called her back and of course got here voicemail and left a message that I don't know this and this person does not live here and to please stop contacting my residence.  She will probably keep calling.  I'll just have to unplug my phone.

Recieved a message from a Michele Silver.... After she had called all of my extended family my wife attempted to call her to find out what this was about.... She was verbally abusive and hung up on her and then when I called back she threated to call the police for us harrasing her??????? I finally got through to her supervisor who tried to verify my identity and guess what... They had the wrong person. They are phishing for info.... Do not give them any information.......

We received a call from Michelle Silver on our answer machine.  She was looking for our daughter's mother-in-law.  Miss. Silver left her name, number and gave a case number, but not an agency or business name (suspicious!).  
I passed the information along to my daughter, they had no clue what it was all about.  We think it must be some type of scam to get information.

She called me, then hung up when I answered.  I dialed back three times, but the line kept clicking then hanging up.I called back once more and got voicemail with the same name...Michelle Silver...left her a message asking why she was calling me.  No response...

I called this number back after Michelle Silver left a message with my mother in law. It is a company called Core Processing or CPI. I spoke directly to Michelle, she was rude, called me a p.o.s dirtbag, and told me she was going to come to my house wearing a black mask and beat my head in with a crowbar. She is not a professional debt collector and I highly recommend that if you do get a call from her, report it to the Federal Trade Commission or contact a lawyer for advice. I reported her to the FTC and they called me back stating that it was a scam and to not give her any financial information. So there you have it. Don't fall for any tricky scam of hers and don't let her intimidate you.

don this morninThis person is ridiculous..they called my mothers phone..which i havnt lived at home in over 15 years n bout 2 weeks ago they called my mom n didmt leave person callings name but they said they were calling for a Mr.Jones n my mom needed to immediately give me the message.due to it was a time sensitive case against me n gave her a case number n was really rude my mom said n was askin her if shes my mother than hkw can she not have a number to reaxh me on wen mom told her i didnt have a phone just becuz she wasnt givin my number to this person n how can a mother not care if she cant get in touch with her own daughter..wth?! So mom gave me message n i tried callin back n it just ranv non stop n no answer n them thjs mornkn now my husband recieved a call on his private cell # and his work cell # n he gkt the same rude attitude wen he told her no it wqsmt who she was calling flr and he dnt give her my number she said dont u want to help your wife shes in some big trouble and needs all the help she can get!! He called n gave me the message n i tried callin back from one of our xtra prepay phones n of ckjrse no answer..it rang 3 times and went to silence..who r these people and wat kind kf info are they wanting frkm us?! People need to get a life!  Sorry for the typos..my touch screen acting up for some reason :-(

Michelle Silver called my phone today looking for my adult son. I don't typically answer calls from numbers I don't recognize so she left a message for my son. She stated she needed to have him call to make a statement regarding a case that had been transfered from the state we reside in to Virginia. My son is not involved in any cases.

I cant hold a real job so I am a criminal who hides behind a fake name and a telephone. I have no education and am extrememly ugly and overweight. Same here. Michelle Silvers called and left a message with a case # demanding that some person (with another name) call her immediately. I called back but could only leave a message -- informed her there was no person here with that name. Sounds like some wacked out fruitcake.

This was wonderful. It made my day.  This person called asking for my mother who passed away 3 years ago.  Hopefully next time I can answer my phone to give her loud transvestite sounding a** an earful!

Well its a good thing there is such a thing called karma, because Michelle Silvers will get what she has coming times many!

A woman by the name of Michelle Silva left me a voicemail stating she needed to take a statement from me immediately, when I called her back she stated she was a debt collector and that some unknown to me company was going to obtain a judgement against me. I simply advised her that she had the wrong # and to please not call me again, she did say she would take my # off her call list. I reported her call to the FTC.

This is obviously a collection agency. This Michelle Silver left a message for my ex-husband about a "case", needing a statement.  I left a voicemail back telling her that I have no contact with him, we've been divorced for years, and the all important words "DO NOT CALL", if any further calls were received she would be reported.  If you do not say that, they will keep calling.  If you specifically say "DO NOT CALL ME" they will be breaking the law if they continue to call.  
The problem is that now they have my number linked with his name, the collection account will eventually be sold and the next company will call me.  I've been down THIS road before.  Never marry a deadbeat!

Same company called back, same person ( voice)different name & number but called both several times. Now the name is Latoya Hait.  Gave her an earful and said that now that they'd called back I was reporting to FTC. She yelled at me to chill out, I was harassing her and she would report me! Moron low life. I don't even owe anything, their trying to track down my ex.

I missed a call from an unavailable number from a lady by the name of Melissa. She left me a message on my cell phone for me or my fiance that I needed to call Mr. Bartley at 703-596-4950, for this was a very SERIOUS MATTER and ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL that I call. She gave me a case # and said that it was about to go into probation. I don't have any cases and I'm not in any trouble, and why would a company ask for me or my fiance, so this alarmed me right away. After they called my cell phone, they immediately called my house phone. I googled the phone number and it turns out this number is a scam and has numerous reports of the same type phone call and scam. I hope someone investigates this and takes action. This is a crime.

Contacting family members, being very rude, demanding info from them
