Calls and no one there when you answer

Likely a collector.  No, I'm not ashamed that my bills are behind.

I'm so sick of this number calling me.  I'm not even the person they are looking for but I can't get them to stop calling me. I've blocked the same collector from different numbers, but they just keep calling from new ones.

Who is this and why are hey bugging me to death, calling me all the time.

Another site reports them as NCO debt collector, usually for GE or capital one

Calls 2-4 times daily without reason leaves no message, changes number every week or so for the last month. Some say it's a collector, but I owe nothing that I know of, no info provided.

Well as I have blocked the following numbers 612844-0919, 804 952 9946, and now to add 703-656-9963 to the list. They are all associated with the NCO Financial for GE. They add another number to call each time I add them to the reject list. Seems they never end.

Who are these people?

No voicemail left. No one there when I call back.

these [***] have called 6 times on the hour for the past 5 hours (Mothers Day).  I finally got SICK of getting a phone ringing and nobody leaving a message (they stayed on long enough to initiate the answering machine).  I called back and got an Indian or Pakistan voiced person on the other end. Sorry, but I am able to recognize dialects.  She couldn't answer me who the debt was from, identified the person at our end as my DEAD Father and couldn't or wouldn't provide a Social Security number to further identify who they were attempting to get in contact with.  I told them STOP the calls NOW and then told them if they have a collection to be made send it through the mail.  SHE then ASKED FOR THE ADDRESS ?   Duh, how do you have a name and phone but not the address ?   She them asked me who I was, and I told her a.) not your business b.) not going to say, c.) and since YOU call and HANG UP with no  message left, HAVE A NICE DAY (Click).    HARRASSMENT.

I've gotten approx 7 calls today and just saw they called right now. Completely annoying.

Called 7 times today. No messages. No one there when I answer. No one here who owes money so no idea who they're even calling for.

I keep getting the same stuff.. 703 then a 612 number and the list goes on when I answer they hang up .. I don't get it.. but they are annoying I have added them to my reject list... So long!
