Called my cell, left no message

Called my cell.  Did not recognize the number and did not answer.  No message left by caller.

Just got a call from this number.  I answered and they didn't say anything.  I hung up.

Called, I did not answer, no voicemail.  Other sites say robo call about credit card.  Scam more than likely.

Called and didn't leave a vm. Lame.

same... busy when i call back. must be ROBOCOP!!!

The person calling stated they would lower the interest rate on my credit card to 6.5% from 10.5%. Asked her is she knew my name or if she had my account # she stated she was the one asking the questions. So I proceeded to answer what she was asking me if I had a Visa Chase account and the limit on the card I said "yes". then she said she would transfer me to a credit specialist and read some statement, when I asked her to re-read it to me again she hung up the phone. Scam

Two calls back to back but never answered.  Of course, caller didn't leave a message.  BLOCKED
