I don't have a club who's calling me from this phone number

Don't waste your time!! They claimed to be from IHG (Hilton hotels) and ultimately asked for my CC info. I wouldn't give it to them and he made it seem like I was being ridiculous by not trusting him. They had my name, phone number and address but nothing else. They were offering a 4 night stay at select major cities for $249 but I'd have to pay up front and they would send me a "verbal receipt" which didn't sound legit. They wouldn't send me an email with information and pressured me that it was a first come first serve, so I would miss out on their offer. Complete crap but it can seem promising at first because they do a survey and want to "reward" you for it.

I got a call from them today, answered survey about my last Holiday Inn stay, and then got transferred about a free 3 night stay at Myrtle Beach, Orlando, Vegas, or Gatlinburg.  Its legit!  I called IHG customer service and the operator said it was real.   She even offered to transfer me over to complete the registration to sign up for it (so if you're still interested, call IHG customer service).  Also found this link: http://hcvgetaways.com/home/

Its some kind of timeshare thing that Holiday Inn/IHG is putting on... but not technically a scam?  Not sure if timeshare presentations are scams in themselves...

Don't go because if you go they will pressure you into buying a timeshare.  Not worth the money to buy one.

It actually is NOT a scam at all! They called me a few months ago and offered me the same deal for the same locations. I chose Myrtle Beach, SC. I did pay $250 up front but was told that since i was a gold member, i would get my money back after attending the seminar. The hotel was very nice and located right in the middle of "action alley"  My boyfriend and I attended the timeshare seminar that lasted abour 2 hours. Yes they tried their very hardest to reel us in, even lowering the price several times, down to the "best price they've ever seen"  In all honesty, the timeshare thing didn't seem all that bad after hearing all the details involved. But, no matter how low they could get the price, it just wasn't in the budget. We did NOT purchase anything and they actually did in fact give me my $250 back... in cash!!

Timeshare sales pitch for IHG, which owns Holiday Inn.  It’s considered a “vacation club”, similar to the Hilton Grand Vacations Club program.  I have friends who are owners in HGVC and really like it, but they are able to travel a lot and make use of it.  Their ownership didn’t come cheap though.

If they said IHG-Hilton Hotel, it's definitely a scam! IHG is Holiday Inn, Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza - not Hilton. Thanks for the "heads up"!!!

This number is calling me on my cell phone (2X now) and I don't know them. I am not picking up the call and they are not leaving me any voicemail message.

Left a message with some random background noise. Appears to be spam based on other callers.

Had someone contact me on my cell asking to take a quick 2-3 minute survey, saying they were from IHG.  Said no thanks (figured it was fishy - I don't have any card with any hotel company and they called my cell phone?), and they sighed, thanked me, and that was it.  Weird though.  I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn, but I certainly didn't expect them to use my information to contact me, nevermind my cell :/

I have been recieving these calls from all over the U.S. For the past week. Never answer. They never leave a message. Googled all the numbers and they all have some bs IHG connection. Was IHG hacked or are they sharing my info w/ telemarketers and scammers?

I just got a  call regarding IHG.  I searched on the number online while the lady was telling me they wanted to thank me with a trip.  Thanks to this sight I asked them to give me my IHG priority number and they could not.  I hung up. Smells scam all day long.

Wanted my cc info and offered cash in hand back upon arrival at the hotel. Sounded very sketchy.
