This company calls continually.  Press 1 to speak to an agent, press 2 to be removed.  Pressing 2 does nothing and calls continue.  Calling the number back and it says it is disconnected or out of service.

Keeps calling even after pressing 2 to be removed from list. Abusive.

will not stop calling. can not call number ack as it says disconnected promp # 2 to remove # from calls does not work

They won't stop calling me. I've asked for my name to be removed, I've reported them, I've threatened them and even screamed at the top of my lungs at them. They are rude after realizing there is no sale and hang up.

I'm wondering if the number is spoofed in their phone system? It is very easy to set arbitrary CallerID and ANI numbers, making it very difficult to trace the call. I'm cancelling my phone number next month.

We get calls from this number a few times a week. It's an air duct cleaning service. At first there is an automated message telling you that there are specials in your area for air duct cleaning. Then they have you press 1 to talk to a customer service rep or 2 to be removed from the call list. I have chosen 2 at least 10 times and I've never been removed from their list. Once we clicked 1 and asked for a manager and the rep who answered said, "of course, let me introduce to you Mr. Click" and hung up on us. The second time I asked for a manager when they called I was told he was a manager. So I asked to speak with his manager and he hung up on me. The third time we set up and appointment and sent them to an empty office building across town. When they called to ask where we were we told them that if they were going to continue to waste our time calling our business we would waste their time. Believe it or not they called again today.

This company calls 2-3 times a day. I pressed 1 to speak to a rep and I asked them their company name and number.  Name of company was Fresh Air and number they said was theres was my home number.  Once I said that to them they hung up.

Several calls received; leaves no message; I don't answer
