Calling to lower my credit card rate.  No Caller ID, called my cell phone.

I just got a call on my cell from that number too :(

I received 2 on my cell phone. I can't afford them.  What can we do?
  I'm so paranoid I think this number may be a number collection outfit.

Credit card scammer calling my number, which is on both the Federal and State DO NOT CALL LISTS.

Recording identified herself as Heather, then pitched a lower credit card interest rate. Said to touch 1 to speak with a rep. When I spoke to the rep and asked to not be called by them anymore, they hung up before I could finish speaking.
I promptly filed a complaint with the do not call registry.
It won't do any good though, these scammers change numbers frequently. Although my caller id indicated a NC location, no doubt it really originated from overseas.
Fortunately, I'm able to block numbers on my phone which will work until they spoof a new number.

Picked up no one there, so I hung up and blocked it

Called my cell. No message.

Hangup. Im on DNC list.
