got more calls today from them....hubby got them this time completely rude and insulting to them and then he asked for their supervisor....lol of course there was no supervisor to be found....then they threatened to call his manager..lol

He call my phone said he is jeffery parker from scott lawfirm in nc and the number he call from is704-240-5002 we need the police to catch them right now because they or trying to get other people so we need help to catch these man or lady.so we need to help the ftc,fbi,and bbb to catch them people.

This person keeps calling me also! They called at work the first time. Claims I had a debt from a payday loan. Says it was disbursed into my account in Jan 2011. Problem is, I had no bank accounts open in my name from October 2010 through March 2011. They had all my info as far as my address, my SS#, claims that a lawsuit is being filed AGAINST MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I have to stress how he keeps repeating, "A lawsuit has been filed against your social security number! You have to call me back right now, today." The first time he called, he claimed to be "Shawn Woods". Finally, after searching this number and found out it was a scam, I called the number back. It was the same man. I asked who I was speaking with and he said some other name that I couldn't understand and then I asked him again and all of a sudden he was Shawn Woods again. I asked why his name was different just a minute ago...he acted stupid and confused. I told him that I looked this number up and it was fake, and that it was a scam. He asked what a scam meant. I explained (very rudely) that is was FAKE, ILLEGAL!!! He got all pissed off and starting yelling and hung up on me. I kept calling and said I wanted an explanation. Some other man answered while I could hear "Shawn Woods'' in the background yelling. I told this man that I wanted to know why I'm seeing these reviews online. He asked my name and I said I wasn't going to give it to him and he said "F*** Off!" and hung up on me. I called back ONE LAST TIME and said I was going to continue calling until I got an explanation and that I was going to report the phone number, he said he was going to report me to the better business bureau. Such idiots! They called and left me a voice mail on my cell phone this morning saying, once again, "THERE IS A LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!" I'm making a police report tomorrow, my bank accounts are already frozen and I will be reporting to one of the major credit bureaus to let them know I may be a victim of fraud soon, if not, already. This is a lot of bull!!!!

I've already spoke with 2 of the REAL, ACTUAL Law Firms they claim to be from and one of them was already aware and has already made reports to local officials about it. It's a payday loan scam. Do not give them the time of day.

DO NOT CONFIRM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!!!!!! THEY WILL ASK YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND EVEN SS#! DO NOT DO IT.

I HAVE HAD TO CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER, FREEZE MY BANK ACCOUNTS, MAKE A POLICE REPORT, GET A HOLD OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND REPORT TO ONE OF THE MAJOR CREDIT BUREAUS!

I have been receiving calls from 704-240-5002 Jonathan Ryner in NC stating I owe on a payday loan. They could not give any complaint or docket number to me, or the original name of the person I owe. He just kept saying cash advance and did not want to fax or send any legal documents to me.  When I ask for the legal documents to get emailed to me he got upset and said you need to listen to me.  Two days later another middle eastern man called stating I owe on a payday loan and legal actions are being brought against me.  I advised him that I know this is a scam and I am reporting them to the FBI. He hung up, called back again and never left a voice mail messege.  I have not heard from the other number again which is 919-275-3329, from Angier, NC.

I am fed up with these people calling non-stop trying to scam me and other people out of money. I have not  taken a payday loan out since 2007 and it was paid a long time ago.  Once I hung up on the other two phone numbers another number from vitelity, llc called 313-879-6361. They are calling from various phone numbers trying to scam people.

I have to change my phone number so I can stop receiving these calls.

So today I recieved 136 phone calls from this number within a four hour period while I was scrubbed in at work. I am really getting tired of this it is rediculous. This man calls and leaves threatening messages and yet will give you no info when he is questioned as to what it is concerning. THIS IS A SCAM. Someone has got to stop this man.

I keep getting calls from them and have the same problem with everyone else is having when i said i was contacting the police they asked if i was threatening them.

This phone number has continuously called our business looking for an employee. I have been provided a name and address Jonathan Rhyner out of Lincolnton N.C.. This address is legit however Rhyner does not know about these calls and doesn't even practice Civil Law. We are turning these call over to the authorities , I suggest you do the same. They used the name Leah Walters.

I am an attorney at Scott Law Firm in Concord, NC and we have been contacted by several people who have had issues with this number.  I called the number and spoke with a "Marcus Gardner."  He had a strong Indian accent and when asked, he told me he was from India.  He was very vague about their business, but I requested their mailing address and he gave me a PO Box number. I will keep from releasing the address on this website, as I have reported this matter to the FBI and the North Carolina Attorney General's office and do not want to jeopardize any potential investigations.  I have also sent a cease and desist letter to the PO Box provided, but I do not expect to hear anything back.  

We have also contacted another law firm who had their name used to perpetuate this fraud and we are attempting to have this matter resolved.

I received a call from a person who had identified themselves as Saragent Roderick Daniels who called my job and became very nasty/rude with me when I asked for clarification and the purpose of the call.  Each time I asked for clarity on an outstanding loan that I owed of $780.62 for a payday loan that he hung up on my twice and told me not to call this number again. After researching the number and seeing the posted comments, I called him back and told him I knew he was a scam and that I have notified the police.

I have been receiving calls from Jeffery Parker at Scott Law Firm, number 704-240-5002 stating I have a payday loan that I have not paid. I have spoken with Jeffery before and have explained that I do not owe for a payday loan and not to call me again. Today he called again and did not only call my personal cell but also called my job which is putting my employment in jeopardy. Also be aware that Scott Law Firm? using more than 1 phone number and the callers  will use different names but it is the same person.

My wife received 2 voice mails yesterday from a male with a heavy E. Indian accent.  One msg stated a law suit filed against my daughter's last 4 digit numbers (which were actually my last 4 numbers)
The second call was regarding a lawsuit filed against my wife's last 4 Soc Sec numbers (Which were actually my Soc Sec numbers once again.)
Today at 0440 AM received a voice msg. from a male witrh a heavy E. Indian/Pakistani like  accent stating a lawsuit filed against my  last 4 Soc Sec numbers (correct this time...1 out of 3 tries).  The call came from 1-347-474-7041.  The area code 347 is from NYC and can be used for both landlines and cell phones for Brroklyn, Queens, Bronx, Inwood, Staten Island, Marble Hill and Manhatten.
Well. doing a reverse look up reveals that it is a landline in NYC.  Phone Carrier Bandwidth Com. Clec.  If you want to spend some cash for the rest of the info just do a oaid reverse lookup. As for me, I'm not giving them the satisfaction of having spent anything.

It's not me man...but wow...I lived in SC for a time, but visited NC for a few days.  That's the extent of my experiences in NC.
