Called this number back and they answered "publications department".  No company name was given.

They wanted the owner of the company and wouldn't leave a message. They have to go through me to get to him so might as well be MUCH nicer to me.

Called our company as well, asked who the owner was and doesn't leave a message.  I also called back, the person said publications department.  I asked the company name and she said she was a call answer center.  She asked why I was calling, I explained that someone keeps calling here and she hung up on me

This number has shown up on caller ID at the same time of day for about 2 months.  This morning I answered and had the same experience of the woman asking the name of the company owners. When I asked where she was calling form she gave a legitimate name of a client but when i asked why she was calling from NC when the client is in another state, she hung up.  When I tried to call back, it just rang continually.
