To Kristina    I just got a phone call from this number 704-631-9104 also don't know who there are but the leave a message saying that they need to here from me are my attorney right away and good luck. I reported them to the local sherriff's dept but there's not much they can do. I don't know if I should change my number are what to do. Just don't give them any information.

Hey guys- 704-631-9104 is Capital One Auto Finance- They call me about 4 times a day from more than 12 numbers. All are blocked then another shows up. Chance are if they are calling you to remind you your car payment is due or even one day past the due date. Mine is due the 25th of every month and the 26th the calls start. Unfortunately for me my pay periods never hit the same due dates. So I make the payment within the 10 grace period with no late fees. So I ignore the calls. Like the government stimulus they got must have bought them more phone lines!!!!
