The exact same thing just happend to me? WTF?

Got a call from this number tonight at 9pm local time.  The guy on the other line asked for me by name, but since I had no idea who he was, I said that I wasn't home ("Sorry, she's not here right now...") and asked if there was a message.  The guy said, "No, there's no message really, this is Jesse, I'll just call back another time.  Thanks."

Weird.

the first time they called, my husband answered and they asked for me, then they called back and I answered and they asked for my husband.  When I asked her to stop calling our house she hung up on me.  Very rude indeed, I think we'll block their number.  WTF do they want??

Feature Films for families..... they would have gotten your number from someone you know that gave it to them. I was suckered by them several years ago and bought movies from them. Not that the movies were bad or anything - just family-type movies. But to this day, years later, they still call me asking me to buy more movies, even though I said I don't want any more. And they always ask for names of friends/family members. People will tend to give out the numbers, because when you say no, and they push you, they say something to the effect of "that's fine that you don't want to order at this time, if you will just provide us with 10 names of family members and/or friends", etc, etc...... gets you off the hook so to speak.

friggin jesse calls here at least twice a week askin for my wife who works nights.she always sleepin!! tried to explain that to him today and he just ran his mouth...could a choked him...next time i am gonna keep him on the line for as long as i can..just a min..etc let the games begin!!!

Caller ID shows long distance - no company name.

Also, their calling system is broken.  I have a feature in my phone system that will flat out reject their phone calls and send them the 'this number is not in service' message.  Their system still takes 3 weeks after receiving that to stop calling.

This is sneaky for a marketing call, making it sound like a personal call.

They called on our unlisted number, so I presume that a friend gave it to them as mentioned in a previous post.

I have a unlisted cell # that I give out to no one.  They call it.
If I don't know the # on call display, I don't answer it.

I just got a  call from this number - asking for my son, Jesse,  by his first name.  I said he no longer lives at home and she said OK - goodbye.   Our son moved out 5 years ago...   very weird!

I just called them back after they had called and asked for my wife.....I called them and got throught to someone , I asked them if they were interested in some window and door renovations , they politely refused, I proceeded to try to sell them clothing , she again politely refused and then I asked if I could deliver some burgers to their office...........she told me to F--K OFF and hung up , LOL it was so funny. I think we should all call them back after they call us and try to sell them something.....TOO FUNNY

It is Feature Films. they are trying to sell you family orientated films.  They are a little pushy but do that No for nd answer. Watch out though they will call every 3-6 months!

These guys are terrible! Once they get a minute of your time they just don't leave you alone.This started for me about 4 years ago. I have asked to be taken from the list. they stopped for a year or so but now, back at it! Brutal they are! They try to sell you on family friendly films that teach all things good to children because, according to them, TV is horrible and evil for them now a days.
