claims it is dell computer telling me someone has been on my computer and they need to fix it

Just a scam artist. They have your information and just want money from you. They claim that they're dell. And they won't stop calling

Call from Indian (). Says they are from Dell and someone is trying to access my computer and they want information and access to my computer to "fix" the problem.  Told them to call me back with someone who speaks English.

Says my computer is sending info to Dell about an issue and they need to take remote control to fix the issue. This caller spoke English fine.

I received a call from a male with an Indian accent on my cell phone claiming he was from Dell and an unknown person has accessed my computer. He knew my name, my cell phone number, and desktop model number requesting that I go on-line to diagnosis the issue. I asked for a phone number to call him back and he abruptly hung-up.

They claimed they worked for Dell and said someone was trying to get into my computer and for me to allow them access to my system. I hung up on them but not until I told him off and that he was trying to scam me

A guy called and said he is calling from Dell to let me know someone accessed my computer repeatedly from an online database.  He asked me to open a run box (Win + R) and type in www.help7.ga, but I refused and hung up, because t is dangerous to go to an unknown URL and this type of behavior is very suspicious.

SCAM!!!  Kept calling and would not leave a message... finally I answered and he said he was calling to check on the Windows program on my Dell computer.  I kept saying "you have the wrong number" and he finally hung up.
