no message left  Call all day even on Sundays

They keep calling numerous times a day.  Never leave a message or answer if the phone is picked up.  I am on the Do Not Call list and they keep calling 7 or 8 times a day every day of the week.

Received three calls today from number. Picked up phone on one and no answer. Called number back and informed a no longer connected phone number. Scam

My experience is similar to others posted for this phone number. We systematically receive four calls a day. Most of the time there is nobody on the line but twice I have spoken with someone. Both representatives seemed sympathetic to my request to be removed from their call list but then they abruptly hung up. The calls keep coming. They seem to be selling a PG&E alternative and as such, are not exempt from the cold calling law. This is no longer just annoying, it has crossed the line into harassment.

I agree with this post.  It is harassment.

I get 5 to 6 of these a day, and have for the past 6 weeks or so.  I pick up about once a week and try to tell them I am not interested in their product (a free estimate for energy saving home renovations) and they hang up.  

The called 3/30  Sunday 9:19 am PT.....Caller id "unknown".   I did not pick up.

They keep calling and hanging up. Even I dial back it's either disconnected or a busy signal. The couple of times I have gotten a person they try to sell me solar, but we already have solar...

My number is on DoNotCall.gov list, however I've gotten calls from 707-219-8373 for over a year. When I pickup, often nobody there (TeleMark server slow to switch) or someone asks for "Valerie". Recently I did talk to a person, who said they represent The National Clean Energy Commission and was I interested in solar energy for my home. I said no and asked them to put me on their "Do Not Call" list, but naturally I've received 2 more calls this week. I agree with Bob, its harassment and another example of government incompetence.
