They have been calling me for 2 days harrasing me saying my family is not safe. I have reported to the police in clay county Florida

The calls are appearing to come from multiple locations which leads me to believe that this strange person is not really even located in the US.  Numbers and states that his calls have come from to my cell phone:

This person does not speak English very well, and has such a strong Indian accent that you must listen carefully to what he is trying to say.  I did speak to him on two occasions and he was looking for someone named "Debbie."  He did threaten me over my cell phone on the last occasion we spoke, saying "I will f**k you up!"  This call took place the last week of March I believe.

On 4/9/12 he called from the 707-508-4204 number and left a Voice Mail message, in which he is in some way threatening.  He says, "...if I do not hear from you or your attorney all I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you..."

These people are crazy!!  It is a scam!

I received the same phone call today. Stating I didn't pay a PAYDAY loan from years ago, which wasn't accurate at all. And they were going to send the police to my job. They actually had my employer it concerned me so I contacted my Attorney. When I attempted to get information such as the person's name, the case # and company name the guy hung up. This guy has an Indian/Asian accent and continues to call me. When I looked the number up there wasn't any info, no company name or individual's name.  707-508-4204 (CA). This is the number.

A month ago i applied for a loan, it went horrible! I was instructed to go to Freecreditscore.com, get my score. I gave all info over the phone. I started getting charges to my BANK ACCOUNT!...Soon after then i get 7- 10 calls from various people. Everyone who calls has the SAME Indian sounding accent ! They call telling me about a car loan i applied for. Very Rude i may add!!! I told at least 5 of them i wasnt interested in a car loan! I DRIVE A BENZ TRUCK!!!  Then another foreign guy calls TODAY saying its a LAW FIRM! I must call 707 508 4204...there is a CASE against my SOCIAL....It was the same number that he called me from! I called back and a very short tempered Foreign woman answered the phone! After she hung up on me due to her inability to hear me providing information,( Name and telephone #)  It ended up with her saying "you were threatening to shoot me,so i hung up"....i was like "oh no you dont". I told her "i never said anything even close to that, she needs to SHUT UP AND LISTEN!"....They continue to call !!! I have each one of my employees as well as myself continue to post complaints untill something is done.

I was threaten by this guy an I called today with my number blocked an I let hin know that I had turned his number over to the police an he told me you shut the f up u b an he hung up

Scam alert, was called from (305) 507-4612 and a message was saying that i needed to call or have my lawyer call, and if i did not call they wished me good luck.  

The day before the called me at my job from a California number saying that if i did not pay a certain amount in 30 min. they would have the sheriff department came and arrest me at work and call my employer to have me fired. I called the payday loan company i have and they even said it was scam.  They are calling out of India routing the numbers through the US and once the number burn out they start with a new one.

I was advice to tell them to stop calling, have contacted my local authorities to have them investigated.  The loan company says that they get your information from when you first apply for the loan and it goes to different companies.

this comany called me at work,one of my co-workers said there is a woman named Amanda on the line
for me,I took the call & she said there have been criminal charges filed against me. i asked by who & for
what,she then said" from the dept of legal affairs"..still confused & now concerned I was clarification on
the matter,when i asked for her contact info she hung up but prior to her hanging up she gave me the # to
her senior attorney 707-508-4204. i called this # & spoke with someone even worse than Amanda...he gave me no info,when I probed him for info he called me a *&^% & hung up on me. i tried calling back but he  just kept hanging up & this continued for about 20 minutes

After seeing all of these reports, I as well have just received two messages today on my cellphone with requests that I have my 'attorney' contact the number 707-508-4204, and that the case is "extremely time sensitive".  The voice both times is the same: a very thick foreign accent (seemingly Asian in origin), barely able to pronounce several English word (instead of saying 'returned', she says "return-ed"); the speaker also says:  "my name is Jenny Jones", and something like:  "If you don't return the call, and you don't  have your attorney contact us..." or "if you disregard this message...all I can do is wish you good luck...".  To me, most of it is unintelligble gibberish or slurring of words.  
    I figured this was the result of me (foolishly, in retrospect), giving out some personal information over the past month (i.e. cellphone, street address, last four of SS#, birthdate), in several attempts to get personal loan money; none of which I submitted.  I was scraping away and almost desperate in looking for some extra money.  But the requirements of the websites, and also the fact that many of them are designed identically, but have different titles, among other reasons, discouraged me from trying to get money at the expense of my own safety.  I am going to continue to try to post this elsewhere online, but I just want to add to what apparently is not a good attempt to threaten and harass people, who were just trying to get some extra money in these trying times.

P.S.  I did call back once, and the same female voice answered, just repeating what she had said before (that which was understandable, at least).  However, with a little more forcefulness and urgency.  Definitely report this if the same thing happens to you.

Today i received a call from a "paralegal" who said there where charges against my social and that i needed to contact his attorney, i called the number and nobody answers. He said his attorneys name was Micheal Carter. I think this has to do with payday loans and the only one i ever did was money mutual they are a fraud do not do any of those payday loans SCAMMERS.... the number was 707-508-4204 the nuber that called me was 484-245-0653

I was called by the guy with the accent 18 times in a row at my place of work. When will the authorities act on this manner?

Person calls and says they will have you locked up if you don't respond with an attorney

I just received a call from 7075084204 with what seemed like a threaten message.  what do I do.  They did not leave a name or anything, just that I needed to get back to them today or else I would suffer the consequences.

Got the same call, told them I worked for the DPW, Justice Department and that I would have my employers get a hold of them. He recited my work phone number to which I said, Yes please call them and tell them I have charges against me. Which would be hilarious because, I just had my
FBI check, child abuse check, and PA police background check done 2 weeks ago.  I believe they would have found it. Waiting to see if they call back!!!

I'm writing this for my son and me. He received a message on his cell today. When he called back, it was a foreign lady that you can't understand that answered; you have to keep asking her to REPEAT herself. Neither one of us have ever heard of this 'so called'  PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY before.  She told him that if he doesn't pay the money owed BY this Monday, that the police will be at our door to pick him up and he will be arrested! (I was thinking to myself, "How stupid can these people be!!") The "loan" was suppose to be from CA, I guess...  Lol..CA is over 2,000 miles from where I live~one way!!  My son asked for information about the company in question.. the lady hung up on him. A few minutes later, I dialed the # from my house phone and 'behold' the same lady answered.. I had her on speaker and had my son to talk to her.. I told him to ask her the name of the company (again) and try to find out more info about it. She refused to do it..I took the phone from him and started talking (well trying!) and told her who I was..she said that I have no right and no business to talk about his personal stuff like that.. I *TRIED* to tell her that he gave me permission to do so but she kept rattling some nonsense crap off to me which I couldnt understand. She started to babble some other things and I said, 'Yeah, yeah, yeah what ever" and I hung up on her this time! Not giving her a chance to do it to me or my son..
People like this need to stay in their own countries and get jobs where they don't have to talk too much on the phone because you can't understand a darn thing they are saying!  (I understand that everyone needs a job..) BUT my gosh... get one in your own country and stop taking away jobs that  us AMERICANS need!!!

This same number 707-508-4204 called me and said the exact same thing to me. I am reporting it to the police...

What someone SHOULD DO to get these people is to ACT Like You Are VERY Scared.
Say ok ok - What do I do? - HOW Do I Get the money to you.
Where are you - Oh no.. I am not by any computer.

I will only send my money to an Address.
See how much info you can get - they Are NOT any where Near You so Don't be afraid.
Get as much info as possible then in the middle of your call after you've gotten as Much Info as yopu think you can - say you will need to call THEM Back in 30 minutes.

Then you will have some information - Maybe - that can shut them down.
Remember: They wouldn't be doing this - If it did not work.
So for all of the people here posting - imagine all the people too embarrassed b/c they SENT them The Money!  


P.S. And if you EVER Did give your Account Information for a Loan or attempted Loan you Have To close and re-open your bank account or you will have checks coming in that THEY printed for 30 here, 54 there, and It IS Legal!
They (lie) and tell the bank you gave them Authorization to print these checks over the phone - and then it;'s YOUR job to convince your own bank they were lying.
