I received 3 calls from this number today...

"This is Legacy Operator Services with a collect call from 'HELP ME! IT'S AN EMERGENCY!' an inmate at Mendocino County Correctional..."

I could tell that during all 3 of the calls, it wasn't the same recording of the help me portion. It sounded like a young girl saying it.

You have someone in Mendocino County Correctional Facility that is trying to get a call through to you.

I got a call from this number too. Same deal, Mendocino Dept. of Corrections. Just added it to all the other calls I have been receiving over the last few months. The FCC has acknowledged my filed complaint and is looking into it, so now these calls are just more ammo for when they do catch them. Makes it seem like less of a pain for me now that I know something is being done.

This is true. It's from someone in the correctional facility

It was an automated call from a correction facility.  I have received 7 calls from this number all within 1 1/2 hours.  Each time the name of the person at the correction facility was different.  I have denied the call each time.

Me llamaron  pero no puedo comunicarme

Call from correctional facility.  Free call.  Glad I accepted it was a friend.

Got a call from this number this morning. I was driving and couldn't pay too much attention to the phone. When I got stopped and searched the number it came up as Brackett Family Ranch & Racing.  The address given is 280 Brunner St, Ukiah, CA 95482. It said that it was open today from 6am to 11pm. Those hours are listed for every day of the week except Sunday, they're closed on Sundays. It claims to be a home goods store. I'm not certain of any of it, but this is what Google has to say about it.
