This Energy Company keeps calling me all hours of the day and night and then hangs up

We've been getting at least a half dozen or more calls a day. They are from various numbers, including this one, but all have a 707-894 prefix. There is no listing on caller ID and when I answer, there is no one there. When I call back, I get the old, "The number you have called is no longer in service." If that's true, how do they keep calling? If I want to block the calls, I have to pay AT&T to do it, which is just wrong. It should be a job for their security department and a customer service. Oh, wait, there is no such thing as that with AT&T anymore. Before this, we were getting the same type of calls from an 818 area code and a Van Nuys, CA prefix. Same deal and it was apparently from some fraudulent solar company.

Same crap here: 707-894-7301 and also from 707-838-4487. On calling them back, both say they are disconnected. What is the point of doing this?

Plesae stop these daily calls.

5 or 6 times daily . trying to sell solar crap , told them I was on the do not call list and was turning them in , and they hung up , but they still call all the time .

This number calls lets it ring and when I answer there is no one there.  If it goes to voice mail they leave a burp or sound so I think someone has left a message.

These clowns make money for just making the calls, and then charge the company they are selling for. I did talk a couple of times to people. Once the guy gave me the solar spiel, I said I have a system don't call. The next time a woman said no I'm not a solar telemarketer and hung up. My answering machine runs interference all the time and I only call back when a message is left. But we must thank our legislators for not enacting laws for this, and against pills that don't work, but rather they limit what helps us make and keep money.

These asshats called my house number. I answered because i live in the 707 area. The guy was trying to haeass me about free grant money and kept asking if i own a home. I said you are calling a business, the gyt said si what im asking about you, i said i was calling the police abd he jept talking so i hung up. Im on the DNC list, its a joke

It is repeated phone calls its never ending. Sometimes the last 4 digits are different but its always area code from cloverdale

I have had calls from this and other 707 numbers endlessly, daily.  I have Comcast phone service and have blocked as many of them as I can.  I am on the DNC list and frequently redo it but clearly it doesn't seem to stop these people.
I do think when I picked up once it was related to solar sales, but I told them to remove my number without great success.
Who do I report this to in order to make it stop?

Called several times over the past few days. When I answer, no one responds.

I have an I-Phone and have blocked two of the numbers that I have received numerous calls from.  If you have an I-phone then bring your recent calls up and click to the right of them under edit and then scroll down to Block this Caller. This has reduced the number of calls I received.

Getting these calls also. I live in the 707 area code area. I get them even on Sunday.

they call my cell number which I only give out to family.  I would like to know how they got it.   They are jerks
