These guy with an accent called my cell left message and he also called my job he told me that I hadn't paid my paiday loan and that he was calling to let me know that they had reported to the authorities as theft and that the police was going to come to my job and arrest me if I didn't do anything about it then he told me that the only way was for me to pay them 698.09 in visa prepaid cards since my job is my only source of income I agree I bought the cards he also told me to write a letter and fax it with my I.Dstupid me did it. Then he told me he was going to call me back in 30 minutes when he did he told me that they said that they wanted 1200 more I said I didn't have anymore he said he was going to give me a chance and call me back today and he did that's when I told him I work for the fed. Gov. And that he could deal with them I know ur thinking I'm stupid andn u would never fall for it pray and be thankful u haven't

I'm glad you posted this info. i received this phone call too. and  i was  worried i was going to be in jail. i called the police  but unfortunately they're not much help

I got the same cal from them and I told them to shove it up the a.... That I never got a loan from them. He told me that the police was coming today at 4:30 to arrest me at my job. They are trying to take peoples money for no aparent reason.

Here's the thing--I got a call from these people too and I told them I had looked them up on the internet and that I knew they were a scam and had reported them to the authorities. They got very very upset and irate at that! I got a call too....couldn;t understand most of what he said...Said he was with an attorny's office in San francisco, and I had 3 charges against me...I called him out, and he got mad and said the same thing...that the authorities were gonna arrest me...he hung up after I yelled at him.  Wouldnt answer the phone when I tried to call back.

This number called me and I live in Las Vegas. They said I was being sued and he would not tell me why. All he said is he needed to talk to my attorney. I told him To [***] himself. I am a stay at home mom and have not be any trouble... Just doesn't make sense... These people need to but put in check.... 707-897-3034

Got the same call. Guy says his name is Steven Collens from a company called Frugal Law Department called and said I have charges against me for unpaid loan.  I asked for more inofrmation and he could not give it to me. I had to call back and talk to sir attorney Kevin Peterson. When I call from a different phone it rang once and went dead. Steven called me back later that day and asked if I had made the call I told him no becuase I did not think this was real, and handed the phone over to the cop I was filing the report with. I know it sucks but if you get this call. Check your bank records and notify the bank. Also notify cedit bureaus they will reds flag you but it is worth it. Also file a complaint at www.ftc.gov or call the phone number and file over the phone. Also file a report with the police department.  If they keep calling just keep updating police and Federal Trade Commision (FTC). They are trying to get these guys but they need all the help they can get. Like I said I know it sucks but do all of this just to be safe because more than likely they already have all of your personal information too.

I have been receiving phone calls from these idiots today they told me I have 5 charges pending against me
1. money trafficking
2. Money laundering
3.joint card credit
4.bribery
5 tapped by deception
I have contacted my local police dept called my cell phone co closed bank accts filed a complaint with Washington State Attorney General office and also filed a compalint with FBI
They are so rude they told me I can either pay 25,000 per case or go to jail then they told me to have sex with them they are scammers and the more reports the better!!

100+ calls from (most likely) this number in the past two weeks. They are always looking for "Gina" but there's no Gina at my household. Usually once I tell the caller Gina is not here, the conversation ends. If I ask who they are, they always hang up. Apparently Gina has bought Allstate insurance, and has a lawsuit against her... lol sureeeee.

Usually it's a Indian-accented male or female, however, I've had some fairly "normal" American voices as well. If I'm lucky enough to clearly understand the caller, I usually tell them flat out that I've gotten dozens of calls like this. They will say sorry and then hang up.

The creepiest response was when I told the caller that there is no Gina and that I had way too many calls for her. He started telling me to remember tomorrow (which was Valentine's Day) He said I was in luck, probably in regards to love. He said that was his prediction of my love... I hung up on that idiot.

I will need to report them if they don't stop calling me very soon.

O.m.g I am so glad I looked this up, they did it to me. I actually ended up in the hospital for chest pains but it was an anity attack, they were horable. They told m they  were a shrief   I had night mares. What can you tell me about them.

What can any one tell me about  these people, they are making me so use and sick.

These  people should burn in ***.they are horrable people who put me in the hospital with an anxiety attakk.
