Probably the latest scam but these guys are greenhorns. All they do is hang up.

Same with me. I just got a call from this number, and nobody said anything. They just hung up. Blocking the number from my cell phone now.

I just got the same. Hang up. Called back, no answer.

Same thing here - let go to VM thinking would leave a VM - tried calling the number back and it won't go through - thinking outside of the country using a US number as a cover - thanks guys for the initial posting

Called and when I answer no one on the other line.  The ID say North Bay Area

The same thing just happened- they called me twice in a minute.

Called my cell phone, nobody at the other end. Same as other comments.

Got a call from this number just now, my cell phone said "North Bay Area" I let it go to voicemail but they didn't leave a message.

Caller hung up without saying anything.

Called and hung up on me . Sane as above , I called and Verizon Wireless says call can not be completed

Called my direct WORK line.  Since nobody except other employees have this number, I ignored the call. No message and haven't called back again yet.

Just called.  went to VM.  no message.

Called at 7am. Didn't answer, left no message. Only info caller ID provided was "California".

Called me at about two hours ago. I didn't recognize the number so let it go to voice mail. They left no message. Checked out the 707 area code and it is from the Napa - Sonoma area of Northern California and goes all the way up to the Oregon border. Didn't call back because I don't want them to know they had a live number but glad I checked it out.

Recorded message states that there is nothing wrong with your credit card and we can give you a lower rate.  Scam!

Called back #. Recording said it's not a working #. !clueless

This call went to my daughter's phone. When i answered it was a recording about lowering credit card rates. I pressed 1 to speak to a rep. I told the guy to take me off their call list. He said no. I asked, "What?" He said, "Are you deaf? You can hang up now. I'll call you tomorrow."

Same as other comments. Received the call on cell phone, no one on other end.
