My mother receive the same call!

i got a called. it was a rude lady who called herself janet but wouldnt say what she wanted, just kept asking for my sister

keep getting the same call her name is janet wanting a person to call her back and its not toll free

Same here:

"Good morning, important message to return my call, my name is Janet, 753-5250. - Thank-you"

So I called her back :)
Apparently "Janet Butt" works for AllianceOne and is in need of one of three personal pieces of information for proper identification:

1) A mailing address
2) A Date of Birth
3) A social insurance no.

I told her that though it went against my personal policies that I was willing to exchange information with her. ie. if she gave me her mailing address, dob or social insurance no. that I would give her one of mine. She refused and said this was a business matter that required identification. She then asked me if I was willing to give that out to her now, I laughed and said not a chance. - lol

She wasn't rude btw.

This person called my mothers house looking for me today.

For months this number has appeared on our phone but no message is ever left.  I usually do not answer if I don't recognize the number.  One day I did, and a male voice asked for my husband (by hubby's first name).  When I said he wasn't here and could I take a message, he said he was calling about a community matter my husband had helped with in the past and when was a good time to call back.  I said there was NO good time to call back and hung up.  He is still calling.

Yes, calling looking for me day after day = Community Project???
