"Barbara from Account Services" robo-call scam.

Idiots called, heard a recording, pressed 1 so I could yell at them but they hung up before I could say anything.  Real clever.

These calls will keep coming...they will just use a different number.  If you try pressing 1 to talk to them, they will hang up.  Annoying.  What IS the point of these??????

Would you please tell the people who call me from 712-455-8402 to go to hell and then to drop dead.  I am sick and tired of their lies and garbage on my computer

I just wish the morans who own this number would DROP DEAD, they don;t pay for my phone and yet they call me daily

I estimate that about half of these robo calls are "your LAST chance" from Card Services.  LOL.
If you press 1 AND feed the shmuk just the right line of bs, you can successfully waste some of their time (revenge is satisfying!).
If the robot computer just hangs up when you answer, then they are just compiling a list of "good" phone numbers.
The b*****ds then sell those lists to other scammers.

In my humble opinion, the ONLY way to stop this is to get the phone companies to put a 2-second delay on EACH AND EVERY outgoing call.  You won't notice it, but the robo computers will be slowed so much that the scammers' business model won't work anymore.

I like to have fun with them. I do one of 2 things, tellthem i am his brother and going though his stuff due to recant death and thebphone is in avtive in a few days. This ones a bit crueler, i get a plastic bag when they call, feed them a fake number, they tell me it isnt correct, play along a bit the tell em forget it, this is how i pay em off. Pop the bag then hang up the phone.

Received unwanted call from this number regarding credit card interest rates

Recorded message had MAN's voice saying, "This is Barbara..." and something about credit card services.  My number has been on federal Do-Not-Call list (and verified) for over  8 years, but they still call.

I got the same call from Barbara with a man's voice. Pretty funny.

Just go to the DO NOT CALL website and register a complaint. Put in your phone number and the offending caller phone number. It seems to work. Fewer calls.

Remember the scarecrow song from Wizard of Oz?  I keep it queued up on my computer.  When they call, I place the phone by the speaker and hit play.  The first line is Dorothy asking "What would you do if you had a brain?"

Putting your number on DO NOT CALL registry does not work!  These people make me insane!  My co-workers are starting to look at me in fear when my phone rings because they know I'm about to go off on someone!!  It was so bad about a month ago I was getting multiple calls a day!!!!!!!!  Please!
