Got this call and it was a recorded message in Spanish. Apparently this number is well known spam according to other websites.

It is the "Annoyance Call Bureau Department" at Century Link  (Qwest).

Call them to put in a complaint.  Maybe that will stop the harassing calls.

Recieved this as a missed call on my cell phone.  When I called back a recording said it was a disconnected number.  How can they call me from this number if it has been disconnected?

They called my Dad's cell phone yesterday.  I just called the number and it is disconnected.  Hope that stops them???

Apparently it hasn't, as I just got a call from them too.

called me about an hour ago.  It was in spanish and said that I have won over a $1000 to travel.  Then ask to hit a number and hangs up

I believe this to be a call originating from a correctional facility.  The number is from a third party telephone communications provider to inmates.  Kind of like a collect call.  It is why there are never any messages left and why you cannot call it back.

Call Century Link as recommended above to find they will do NOTHING. You must go thru your provider, they don't control their customers that violate the DNC listings.

Please stop these calls.  I get them from WA, OR, MI and now SD.  This is very annoying.

YES, its a W Iowa number, I checked the area code wks. ago.  I've never answered it, they keep calling my cell, the number shows up daily.  I too have called back and the number is DISCONNECTED ??

they are using a spoof account which means they can present any number they want they can just make a num up and it will present onyour call id

I just received a call from 1-712-986-2323 with some spanish speaking women on the other side.  I hung up.

Left voice mail that was just the tail end of a recording.   Something like "to take the survey, press 1, to be removed from the calling list, press 2".   I will do neither.

please block this number, it keeps calling me

They called our landline yesterday (6/27/2012), said Beloit IA, and did not leave a message.  This number seems to be making the rounds and appears to be the latest scam number.  Other websites say this caller says something in Spanish about winning a prize.

called my cell phone a few minutes ago - no message.  called back and got the message the number was no longer in service.  wonder how you can call from a disconnected number?
