I'd programmed my phone to block calls from 713-231-3326, but now they've changed numbers and are making the same robo-calls from this new number.  Calls from both numbers begin:  "Attention all Reliant Energy customers...."  They offer a free, in-home survey of energy saving measures.  I'm on national and state "Do Not Call" lists and don't understand how they've continued to operate without being shut down.

They keep calling and calling and no one freaking answers when I pick up the damn phone. F U C K Reliant for this and allowing a third party to [***] innocent people...
