They robodialed both lines of my 2-line phone at same time - that was my red flag it was a scam.

Theycall, everyday and no one every speaks. This is a business.

Some kind of magazine subscription phishing scheme.  Didn't give straight answers.  We asked which magazine are you calling about and he said "quite a few, I'll look them up."  Then we said don't bother and don't ever call back.

Received call from a silent unresponsive anonymous caller dialing from (713) 357-6230, then hung up about 10 seconds into the call.

They call every day at least once, but more often it's 2 or 3 times. I finally answered and they hung up a few seconds later.

I get a call from this number everyday and they do not say a word.

I called the number back and it gave me the option to press 8 to be removed from the list.

Just got a call from this number again.  I answered and only heard static on the line.  Strange.

This is a subscription renewal service for free trade publications.  I receive Machine Design, Website, and others for my work.  
They call you up to renew them.

I've received at least 5-6 calls from this number at our office today.  No one speaks when I answer, and it hangs up after I repeat our business greeting for the second time.
This same caller has called previous days for I don't know how long!  It's wasting our company's time!!!
