please dont give them any money you do not go to jail on a civil matter there using a scare tactic on you.tell them you want full validation on this debt and they wont be able to do that and that means you dont have to pay.i bet it passed its statute of limitations.if your still not sure please read budhibbs.com he is a consumer advocate for over 25 years and he closes down law fuirms and clooection agencies when they violate the law.this company is violating ther law

I got a call from them today saying the same thing. I have spoken to the local police in my area, the phone company this comes from, my phone comany, the BBB and the FTC. I reported the number and the guys name to anyone and everyone I can. They have all told me its a scam. There's also similar reports on this company at ripoffreport.com. The phone number consumers reported is only different by one digit (the last one).

Was the guys name Jeff Hamilton and did he have a strong accent?

I have gotten several phone calls from this number.They have told me that I was going to jail if I didn't pay from a loan that is 2yrs. old.I  haven't even heard of the company.Everytime they call, they use a different name(Sam Bishop, Jeff Hamilton, Thomas and James.I have talked to the police and they said it was a scam.
